Ideal for solo travelers, or a pair of adventurers, the Little Adobe is perfect for those who want a peaceful stay, while being close to the main attractions for their daily adventures. Proudly listed with the Arizona Register of Historic Places, this property was lovingly built by architect Rolf M. Eskil in 1940 for Daniel Boone's direct descendant, great great great grandson, who's name also happened to be Daniel Boone and his wife Clara.

The property features the original exposed adobe brick main home, one of only 4 remaining in the Phoenix valley. Filled with native trees, plants, and cacti, this large parcel of land is truly an oasis in the middle of the city. The Little Adobe is equipped with a 65” TV, WIFI, coffee maker, King Size Bed, A/C Heat, microwave, refrigerator, hot shower, and dedicated off street parking.

The outdoor garden area is a bird lovers treat, with many flowers and a bubbling fountain that attracts all kinds of species of birds that visit throughout the day. Plenty of places to sit and relax, read a book, or chat with friends and loved ones. Don’t want to spend a lot of time on site? The Little Adobe is a quick drive to major mid-town and downtown hot spots, trendy restaurants, bars, activities, and nightlife. Don’t have a car? We are a 10-minute walk to the light rail station that can take you downtown, uptown, or mid-town.

The welcoming hosts were very accommodating and quickly answered the few questions and requests that we had. The Little Adobe is very welcoming and everything has been updated within the past couple of years. The home is centrally located to just about everything and was clean which made for a very pleasant stay while we were visiting family in Phoenix. We would most definitely stay here again.
