Thoroughly disappointed from the moment we drove up to the property. The front was covered with tall weeds. The filter for the air intake on the air conditioner looks like it hasn’t been changed in years and was disgusting. We wanted to bbq for lunch and the propane tank on the grill was completely empty. The owner did reimburse me for the price of exchanging a new one but I shouldn’t have had to make a special trip to do that when I could have been enjoying time with the family and kids. Pictures showed hammocks in the tree and another table game. Those were non existent. The ping pong table was absolutely not usable due to weather damage and being warped. There were Amazon packages on the front porch that remained throughout our stay. The pool was dirty and we contacted the owner about turning on the vacuum that was in the pool so that it could self clean, it never got turned on. There was a minimum fine of 250 if we touched it from our side. The pictures on the profile didn’t match at all. When I complained, the owner quickly deleted the pictures from the profile. I’ve attached some of the discrepancies. Many of the inviting features of the home were not there. This was a huge let down for our family and not the vacation that we were hoping for.
