Comfortable get away in Scottsdale

The accommodations were amazing. Friendly staff and a comfortable room. This hotel was a surprising gem on Scottsdale road. Walkable distance to several eateries and out of some of the hustle and bustle of old town. Will definitely be returning.

Beds too soft for Sensitive Backs

I LOVE Marriot's Bonvoy line. I really want to love the Springhills Suites but this is the second time I've stayed at one and the beds are way too soft. The first time they were brand new but like a taco. Had I been there more than one night I would have left or changed rooms as it really hurt my back. This time, I had 2 beds and still found myself stuffed into the firmest corner of one of the beds, using pillows to keep myself from sinking toward the center of the bed. The beds were new and still had tags on them! They're just too soft if you have any back issues.

The property is clean, modern and the people are friendly. The place seems newer, but the beds are worn and creeky. There is ONLY valet parking. We didn't see that anywhere. That is an added cost!

The hotel is very nice super clean and they have great customer service. The only issue is the parking it’s only valet parking it’s $12 the night. there under construction for self parking. There’s no self parking.
