Beautiful property, great location!

The house was absolutely gorgeous, and the walkout trails were perfect for early morning walks. Location was perfect and neighborhood was incredible. Amenities were good overall; had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Outdoor patio/pool area was wonderful and had many options for seating and lounging in the sun. Beds and bedding were comfortable and well appointed. Bathroom amenities were nice. There were a few things from the start that were not great, but the pros outweighed the cons. We arrived 5 minutes before our check in time and the manager was still finishing up walkthrough/running late. Garbage from previous renters was left in the kitchen bin, and a dead bird that had hit a widow was lying outside the patio door. Pool and patio were quite dirty, and we spent an hour sweeping, wiping down furniture and netting pool of leaves before we could relax/enjoy. Lots of dust bunnies and feathers from down couch pillows around family room floor required swiffering. For such a gorgeous home, we were shocked at the lack of maintenance/upkeep (broken pool cue holders, no spring in one of the toilet paper holders, light in laundry room was burned out, some wear on couches and chairs, a few knobs missing from kitchen cabinets, some cracks in plaster where doors hit wall, cracks/stains in floor tiles in kitchen, etc). Was very displeased by the “bait and switch” way we learned that spa heat is not included in the price. Overall nice property.

Great location but couple of issues

Great location. Inside very clean. Pool heat worked but pool and furniture were dirty. Hot tub got little warm but never hot. Never warm enough to get in hot tub at night. Disappointing when paying extra for pool heat. AC in main living area never got temp below 75 even at night. Bedroom areas were cool. Called and spoke with VACASA multiple times during short stay and very nice but issues never addressed. If AC and hottub had worked better would have been a 5 star.

Easter Weekend

We really enjoyed our recent stay at this property over Easter weekend! It was a nice relaxing peaceful getaway with beautiful sunrises and quail cooing to each other. There also was a wonderful path for morning exercise. Our family of 5 which included two teens girls, and a mother in law in her 80’s throughly enjoyed it and we all had activities to pass the time.

Beautiful house but had an issue with the hot tub

Beautiful property, loved the backyard, house was spotless... but the listing said nothing about the outdoor fire pit being just ornamental and the hot tub didn't work. It took them 4 days to get the hot tub fixed which was unfortunately 4/5 of our stay. I was not happy with the communication once there was a problem. It took way too long to get this resolved and we were very frustrated primarily because the hot tub was one of the deciding factors for choosing this property. Now that the hot tub is fixed, I'd recommend staying here.

Very Nice

The property was better in person than it was on the online photos. Very clean and easy to operate everything. The refrigerator kept beeping and making noise all day and night, but only annoying when you are in the kitchen or the TV room. The outdoor kitchen was awesome, but if your going to have tiki lamps to add light and mood, then have the oil canisters in them. Extra oil was in the outdoor cabinets, but the oil cans were missing inside the lamps. Other than those two little things, it was great. Just a decorating suggestion . . . move the little elephants by the front door. Scared the $H!T out of the girls when it was dark.

Conflicted

Loved the property and locations. ALMOST everything was great.... except for the pool. Having arrived from Chicago and the weather in Az was mid 90's, we couldnt wait to get in to the pool. Unfortunately, the pool was filthy. When I reached out to property mgmt (they were actually very responsive) they sent someone out to have it cleaned. Unfortunately that didnt do the trick. We arrived on a Sunday and checked out on Thursday, the pool didnt get cleaned until Thursday morning. So if you dont care about the pool this please is great, but if youre hoping to use a pool you'd be playing roulette here.

Backyard Oasis

This Scottsdale home had more than we imagined. The backyard pool, hot tub, grill and seating areas were welcoming and where we spent most of our time. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to entertain. I hope we get to return this beautiful home again some day!
