We had an amazing Moms Retreat at this VRBO property! From the cozy beds, the extremely comfy couch, to the large dining space, pool, hot tub and backyard living space, this property did not disappoint. It was a great location with easy driving access to all over the valley. Not to mention, it was easy entry and the property management company was very communicative. Thanks for a great stay!

Fantastic house and wonderful host! A! Responsive and friendly when we had questions or an issue. Beds were so soft, the common spaces were large enough for our group of 9. The backyard is a dream! Everything about the house was clean and so many amenities were available.

Beautiful Home and Yard

The house was beautiful! The beds were comfortable, the house was clean, the backyard was a little paradise, the kitchen was very well stocked and we enjoyed our stay very much! Couple things, and why I gave it a 4, I reached out a few time for very little issue, no trash bags in the home, no bedding for the pullout couch, not enough shower towels for the 13 people we had there, etc. but the communication was "look in the cupboard" as if I hadn't searched the whole home already before I reached out. They "Should" be in the cupboard or they should be under the sink... but nothing was there. They also asked me to call to have the pool heated so I did the day we arrived and it kept getting colder over days. I reached out again and they said I never called to add that on. So instead of turning it on for the last 2 days we were there, they just said there was nothing they could do. So we ended with a very cold pool after a 5 day stay. Just little things, but overall it is a lovely home.

Beautiful Property

We had a fantastic girls' weekend at the Marabella house! The gathering areas were spacious, furniture comfortable and perfect for spending quality time together. The house had all of the amenities you could think of, including oversized beach towels and plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the beautiful pool area. The beds were super comfortable, ample closet/drawer space and luggage racks. The kitchen was well-appointed, with coffee pods, a spice rack, serving platters for our charcuterie boards, a filtered water pitcher, and everything we needed to prep food and drinks for our group of 8. The local Sprouts grocery store was conveniently located when we needed to run out. Location-wise, it was perfect for anyone looking to explore Scottsdale – close to great dining, shopping, and hiking options. We headed to Kierland Commons a few times. We hiked Pinnacle Peak and Piestewa Peak (go early when it's not yet hot!). The issue we encountered during our stay was effectively resolved to our satisfaction by the management team. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would recommend this property without any reservations.

Girls trip

The house was so pretty and well stocked with everything you’d need. We did have a few issues but they did get resolved. The hot tub wasn’t working upon arrival and was fixed the next day. Unfortunately arrival day we weren’t able to use it. The second issue was the bathrooms didn’t have GFI plugs and we blew a fuse. The fuse box was behind a locked door and the maintenance on Saturday was closed. We had to get ready in the dinning room since all bathroom plugs didn’t work. I would hope the fuse box in the future was not locked up. We loved the lay out, beds were very comfortable and the house was so clean!

Private getaway in great location!

This property has all the features and amenities to create a complete escape. Located in a quiet neighborhood with convenient access to local shopping and restaurants, the home is bright, airy and beautifully decorated for a clean, clutter free experience. The house was great! Very clean and well stocked with everything in the kitchen and bathrooms and towels for the pool. The backyard had fun for everyone!! When the hot tub wasn’t working properly they had someone come fix it right away! Great stay and would definitely go back!

Beautiful home

We had an incredible stay. There was a park right across the street that my kids loved. The pool and hot tub were fabulous and the space was clean and fully equipped with everything you would need. We would definitely go back again!
