BACK ON VRBO after multiple months rental to a corporate tenant! Everything brand new!! Vacation in Luxury! Don't ruin your vacation in exchange for saving a few dollars for a less than desirable rental in the area. We have many other VRBO listings in and around this area if you need to accommodate larger groups (and want to be near each other) or if this property is not available on the dates you require - send us a message and let us know your needs. There is a 220V electric car charging outlet in the garage! All new completely renovated/decorated inside and out! Large 4k High Def Flat Screen smart TV's in every room (accommodating hulu, netflix, vidangel, amazon prime, etc.)! High speed wireless internet/cable tv. In the backyard you will find a beautiful putting green, Corn Hole Game with patio furniture and gas BBQ. 2 car private garage. First bedroom has a king bed (sleeps 2). There is also a queen air mattress that can be used (sleeps 2). Second bedroom has bunk beds with a twin on the top, full in the middle and twin on the bottom (sleeps 4). Master bedroom is complete with king bed and private bathroom (sleeps 2)! Loft/game area has a pull-out bed as well. Eat-in kitchen complete with brand new stainless steel appliances and reverse osmosis water purification system. Living room includes High speed wireless internet, cable tv provided with 85" smart TV. Multi use charging ports in all rooms. Air mattresses available for extra people as well!! Near 3 major freeways as well as State Farm Stadium, Top Golf, Westgate, Tanger Outlets, Gila River Arena, Enchanted Island Amusement Park, Wildlife World Zoo, West Valley art Museum, The Arizona Music & Entertainment Hall of Fame, The Japanese Friendship Garden, Talking Stick Resort Amphitheatre, Arizona Science Center, Wet n Wild, Mattel them park and Crystal Lagoons.
