Friends Golf Trip from Iowa

Beautiful home that worked great for our three adult couples. The kitchen was awesome with it's massive island. Host Nick went above and beyond with communication and even came to help with the TV when we had trouble figuring it out. Would definitely recommend!!

Stay was great!

My family and I thought the property was great and we probably didn't take advantage of all the amenities but we enjoyed our stay. The landlord was very helpful by resolving an issues that arose and I definitely recommend this property to anyone who takes a vacation to Phoenix.

Great location and great property manager

The house was just as listed! The house was ready for us early, the property manager was very responsive and happy to help when needed! The circuit blew when we were drying our hair, and he was quick to help!! The house could have been dusted better, and a few more mirrors in the house since the master bathroom doesn't have a door from the bedroom to the bathroom. (There was a door to the toilet room in the master.) We were all happy with the house!

Great family vacation

House was as listed, plenty of rooms. The kitchen and outdoor area were wonderful for hanging out with the family. The kitchen had everything you need for meals. The owner is very responsive and keeps in touch throughout the stay. Beds were comfortable. You do have to up or down stairs to get to all bathrooms and bedrooms. The neighborhood is nice and is close to everything you might need.

Great family getaway!

The rental could not have worked out any better for the intended purpose, family celebration. My wife and I were able to comfortably entertain our children and grandchildren (6 adults and 3 infants) for half the week and our adult siblings (7 total) the other half of the week. Plenty of private space for all and plenty of R/R space when it was time for entertainment. We are very food driven so we utilized all the indoor and outdoor appliances and counter space to feed the masses. To say the property had a very well-appointed kitchen space would be an understatement. Location was near and far enough from the entertainment areas and easy to get to. The host was responsive to any and all inquiries we had I would highly recommend the rental and will more than likely be a repeat customer. John M

Amazing

I booked this beautiful property for a work related stay. It was perfect. There were 8 adults for 5 days in the house and there was plenty of room for us all. The kitchen was great for making meals for the entire crew. We loved playing pool at the end of the day. The beds were comfortable and the house was very quiet at night. We would love to book again if we are in the area. Thank you, Nick for being a wonderful host!

Family Wedding

We had a great time during our 5 days at the property. We lived in Ahwatukee for 10 years quite some time ago but come to visit our dear friends (and stay with them) often. This time their Son was getting married so we had 3 of our adult kids with significant others plus my Mom- so 9 of us total. The house was perfect for everyone. Plenty of room to hang out and the kitchen/living space was great for entertaining. We used the pool table, the media room and the pool quite a bit. My only suggestions would be: more bath towels and pool towels. Some glass cleaner for the outdoor tables. And the primary bath did not have a shower mat so we had to use a towel. Otherwise it was very well stocked and a wonderful family trip!

Dream Home

Beautiful home! We were in town for my daughter’s college graduation. Location is very convenient and easy to access. The home offers many amenities. My two favorite were the pool and the kitchen. Easy check in. Very spacious home with plenty of parking. Excellent communication with Nick. If you are looking for your home away from home this is the place for you. I highly recommended this home. Family vacation for daughters graduation at ASU

We have no complaints at all, the house was immaculate and even nicer in person. Great location, around the corner from Safeway and 20 min to ASU. We highly recommend, the pool was refreshing and the view was relaxing. The host Nick was friendly and accommodating, we would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Getaway House

Older house, but good location and fun to watch the golfers looking for their golf ball. Usually ends up at the bottom of the pool. Good place for a group of guys on a golf getaway weekend.

Great property

House was clean and well maintained and very convenient to I-10 to make getting around Phoenix easy. Close to nature preserve which offered great hiking. Smooth check in and check out processes and prompt communication prior to and throughout the stay. Highly recommended.
