this place is rat hole!!!!! There are roaches everywhere the floors are so dirty it is disgusting!!! There was a shooting in the parking lot the night before we got there!!!! The pictures of this place are very deceiving! I had to throw away my socks after walking on the floor!!! We looked at 6 different rooms and thought we found a clean room!! They keep the light on in the rooms to keep the roaches from coming out in the dark! NEVER NEVER stay here! Needless to stay we did not sleep there!! The cop that patrols the place helped us find a different place at midnight! He called another officer to meet us at new hotel to make sure we were safe!!

The staff is rude and unprofessional. The front desk supervisor checked me in. I left for a couple hours and when I came back my stuff was taken out my room. Plus they moved me to another room. They lost some of my things. I've trying calling multiple times to talk to some above their incompetent supervisor, and they're always unavailable. So I still haven't heard back from anyone. I went to check out and they refused to give me my deposit.

They did not have a room, The one room they lete me look at was a moldey pig pin. However they wernt normally renting that room. they were severly over booked

It was horrible and unsafe. It was located along 17North with some name brand hotels nearby such as Four Points by Sheraton, Candlewood Suites, etc. when I arrived the Lobby was nice and I noticed that the hotel was under the Red Roof Inn brand. So I set my expectations based on previous Red Roof experiences. However, this place was down right awful!!! The head boards had dust an inch thick. Every surface was dirty, the refrigerator had old food in it. I had to clean the surfaces just to put my stuff down. The bathtub had paint peeling off in several areas. There was a hole in the wall by the bed nearest the bathroom. There was supposed to be a sofa/sofa sleeper in the room and there wasn’t. The walls and ceilings were disgusting and there was long hair everywhere. There were people arguing and smoking marijuana outside my room off and in all night. The door looked like it had been kicked in several times. I have been many places during my travels and the is the first time I felt unsafe. The pics on the internet are deceiving!!!!! I got my money back and went somewhere else.

We did not stay after checking in then entering the rooms. Our four rooms were filthy, in disrepair and unsanitary. There was also a bad element of society loitering on the property.

Horrible!!!! Unaccommodating, filthy dirty room!!!

This was the worst place I have ever stayed. The time to check in was long!! We signed do many forms!!! Then get to our room...they were worried about smoking in the room...it was filthy!! Tried to get a broom, nut they didn't have one. Nor did they have anyone to clean it!! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!
