The room was lovely and spacious. However— I was awakened multiple times by loud noises that seemed to be coming from the walls. In the morning, I discovered that one of the noises came from the refrigerator door when it came on.

This property is a six-story hotel that is always busy with youth athletic teams, etc. From the time we arrived on Thursday until the time we checked out on Sunday, only one of their two elevators was functioning. This caused a huge problem anytime we needed to leave or return from our room. Also, there were plumbing problems...toilet backed up...the water pressure and temperature were lacking. When you're charging premiums rates for your rooms, these types of inconveniences are totally unacceptable.

The staff was super kind and accommodating, one of the best continental breakfasts I’ve had, in room with spacious. I would say my only complaint is loud cars in the middle of the night sometimes.

We rented this hotel because on the website you advertise a heated pool. When we went to the pool about 7:00 pm the pool temperature seemed to be the same as the outside temperature of 65 degrees. Everything else about this location was great, but we will not stay here again because of the false advertising.
