The Space

Escape to Grove Oasis, which combines large square footage and custom design. Be prepared as this open-concept home will pull you right in. Upon entering the residence, you’ll notice the spacious floor plan welcoming you to make yourself right at home. Before sprinting to the pool, however, make sure to explore the spacious indoor living areas with beautiful bedrooms in which to kick back and relax away your travels. But don't rest too long - there's so much to do at this stylish home!

Full Service Kitchen: Indulge in our modern full-service kitchen! With state-of-the-art appliances seamlessly integrated into the sleek, minimalist aesthetic, this culinary haven caters to every need. Whether you're a seasoned chef or an amateur cook, we welcome you to come spice up life!

Living Room Area: Kick back and relax with the entire crew in the incredible living room space off the open concept kitchen and dining room. Large spacious L shaped sofa is the perfect space to stream your favorite shows on our 75" Smart TV while waiting for dinner with family and friends.

Theatre/Bonus Room Area: Get ready for epic movie nights in our theater! We're talking an 86" screen that's basically life-sized, and a sound system that'll have you feeling every boom and whisper. So grab the popcorn, kick back, and let's turn movie nights into unforgettable adventures, right here at your home away from home.

Bedrooms: Come sink into a cloud of comfort in our bedrooms! We use soft sheets and snuggly comforters that'll make you never want to leave. A King, Four Queens, and eight Bunk beds for the kiddos. Oh and a futon! Bring the gang and have maximum sleepover vibes. It's all about making your stay feel like a warm hug – cozy and totally awesome. In total we have A king, three Queens, and 2 sets of bunk beds for the kiddos.

Please note that Bedroom 1 has extra wide 36" doors for step-less outdoor entry, bathroom, and kitchen access. Direct access to a connected full bath that has a step-free door-less extra wide shower ramp and a heavy duty adjustable height plastic shower bench w/ backrest and shower handles.

Bathrooms: Fresh and fabulous, our remodeled bathrooms are here to elevate your stay! Four full bathrooms so that sharing is limited! Fluffy towels, modern vibes – it's all set to make you feel pampered and right at home.

Outdoor Space: Dive into the ultimate chill zone for our house guests! The pool's got it all - a slide that's all about fun, a spa that's pure relaxation, and a cool waterfall corner for those lazy vibes. It's all here, so grab your swimsuit and let's make some splashy memories. After a nice dip, the kids' playhouse is ready for adventure, while the BBQ grill is sizzling for your outdoor feast. Throw down with Corn hole or outdoor Jenga!

Guest access

Pool heating is available for all guests. A flat heating fee is already included in your booking total to ensure the pool is at a comfortable 80-85°F upon your arrival.

Nestled in Mesa, you’ll have easy access to the finest dining, entertainment, and major freeways to travel the Phoenix valley as you please. Following are a list of close by attractions:

Emerald Park: A 3 minute walk will land you at Emerald Park. Over 16 acres of green grass with lots of fun options including: Disk Golf , Basketball Courts, Picnic Tables/Grills, a Playground, and more! Look for our disk golf set in the outdoor toys.

Mother Nature's Farm: Just a 3 minute drive down the road is Mother Nature's Farm. Special seasonal activities can be found here! Pumpkin patches, a hay bale maze, a cozy farm boutique, and an animal petting area make this a great memory and photoshoot!

Local Golf: Hit up the many nearby golf courses that are just a few miles away!

Downtown Gilbert:Make sure to visit the lively nightlife of Gilbert. Just an 8 minute drive south, the town offers many pubs and restaurants. Just take Gilbert Rd south. You can't miss it!

Mesa Arts Center:Ten minutes Northwest will take you to the Mesa Arts Center. Make sure to check the many events, concerts, and exhibitions! A local favorite.

Golfland Sunsplash Waterpark:Cool off with the family favorite waterpark! Just 8 minutes west and you'll be slippin' and slidin'! Mini golf is also available for a quick match!

There are many stores nearby to stock up with. All within a 5 minute drive or less so that you spend less time shopping and more time relaxing!
