Easy access and pool a plus!! Rooms were cozy and more than sufficient.

Check in was a breeze after figuring out the system. Code given for entry was easy to remember. Kitchen facilities were great!! Everything there that is needed for cooking. Shared a few meals there that we brought back to share. Cooked one meal and that was just like when we were at home. Everything met to our standards.

Perfect for kids

My kids loved the pool (and a gate!)! House was clean and comfortable. Check in time is a bit late and check out time is a bit early. Property manager was easy to communicate with. We will definitely be back soon!

Spring training vacation

In town for a week to relax and catch some baseball. House is in a great neighborhood. Neighbors were friendly and said “Hi” when taking our dog for walks. Check in process was easy. House clean, and had all the amenities we wanted. Pool was heated, good size. Beds were all comfortable. Having two bathrooms was great. Location was centrally located between good prks, restaurants, and baseball fields. Would highly recommend.

Comfortable for small group

House was clean and comfortable. There are some changes that would help make the house more comfortable like more bath towels, more blankets on the beds (it was a colder weekend), and better cookware. The listing says it accommodates 8 however there were only 4 plates and cups to use. The dishwasher and garbage disposal leaked water. The pool was nice and warm. We waited for the cleaning crew to finish to access the house past our check in time but they were friendly and the house was clean.

Good location, not a great house

The house really needs some love. There are water spots in multiple areas of the ceiling. The flooring has stains and there were numerous dirty fingerprints on the walls. It smelled of animals too. The location is the only thing keeping me from giving it 2 stars.

Great AZ Christmas location

As empty nesters, we stayed at this Tempe home to be near adult kids living in the area over Christmas. We drove to AZ with our dogs. This home was the perfect place to stay. It’s an ideal location, 4 miles from Oldtown, close to many hikes and such in the valley, about 30 mins from Tonto National forest. The neighborhood is close to any amenities you need, but is very quiet. The house is nice and updated. We loved the kitchen/dining/living room area and how it opened up to the backyard. The master suite was huge and has a really nice bathroom. The backyard and patio (and pool) were perfect for our stay. Enough space to sit outside and enjoy the warm weather, with nice, comfy patio furniture. The home was overall well appointed with anything you need, including toilet paper, linens, etc.. The only thing we could have used more of were dinner plates, glasses, and silverware, but we made it work. Great, comfortable, renovated place to stay in a very convenient location. Property managers had very good communication, too.

Comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood

The house was just perfect for a 6-day visit with our son, daughter-in-law, and 22 month old grandson. The Pack & Play baby bed and high chair made to so easy since we flew in from different cities. The kitchen is well equipped and grocery stores are nearby. We were so glad the pool was fenced and the covered patio was comfortable. We paid to have the pool heated but it was unseasonably chilly for the week we were there, so we didn't get to use it. No worries. We had a great visit. There is a lovely park with a playground within walking distance.

Great Get Away

The house was as advertised, clean, and comfortable. We stayed during ASU move-in, great location and close to Tempe campus (2.9 miles from Hassy). Lots of room to stretch out and relax, Pool was clean and comfortable and a good size. We will definitely stay again on our next trip.

Perfect for a Staycation

We were unable to take a summer vacation this year as we needed to stay close to home so this presented a great opportunity for the kids to have access to a pool and something a little different so we could still feel like we were on vacation. Very comfortable, appropriate amenities, and super cute. Communication with property managers was on point too. Would definitely stay here again.

Short Notice

Greatness over all! From management, communication, great property, promptness and all around understanding & flexibility. This listing and the folks behind the scene certainly took care of our needs. We were given little to no notice in a change of our accommodations at a friends guest house. We booked this Tempe house last minute, and the team still worked with us on the fly. Super appreciative.
