We stayed at this house for Spring Training. Great location convenient to Surprise Stadium. The house was stocked with everything you need and then some. Our kids absolutely loved the heated pool and hammock. We will definitely stay again.

This home had everything we needed for our stay and was exceptionally clean and comfortable for our family with multiple kids. The heated pool and backyard games were such a great bonus. We would definitely stay here again!

Beth and John are awesome hosts, great communication. Their home was lovely, very comfortable, and very clean. We appreciated very much how the home was stocked with everyday essentials. The backyard and patio area was so peaceful, private, and relaxing. We would definitely rent this home again and hope we are able to in the future.

We had an amazing stay! The heated pool was great! We enjoyed watching football while relaxing in the pool! The grill was easy to use and worked great! The home was well stocked with everything you might need. John and Beth were great hosts and responded to questions quickly! We would definitely stay here again!

Never stayed at a nicer VRBO

By far this was a great place to stay. The house was very comfortable. Very clean, the amenities were way above average, the pool was great, just the right size. We would with out reservations stay there again. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS VRBO.

This property is perfect. Super handy, yet tucked away in a quiet neighborhood.

We needed a home-base for a busy 4 night stay and we could not have been more pleased with our selection of this property. Super clean, super quite and ...well... just super.

Comfortable home in an excellent location

The area felt very safe. The home was very comfortable and well stocked. We biked in Sedona a number of days so the location of the home was perfect. The location to amenities like groceries, drug stores, etc was great. I would definitely stay here again.

Great VRBO rental

Weekend getaway!

This is a wonderful property with an excellent host! The house was clean and stocked with everything you would need for a relaxing experience! The host communicated well and left directions throughout the house to accommodate everyone and make our stay enjoyable.

Love this place!!

This was our second time staying here. We love everything about it. Especially the heated, private pool. The house is very nice and the kitchen is well stocked. The location is also great. Close to anything you might need or want to do.

Great find!

We felt at home from the moment we arrived. So many amenities made our stay very comfortable. We are VRBO owners so are very particular and this place exceeded our expectations. Great central location, amenities and communication from the owner. We will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful vacation stay

We had a highly enjoyable stay at this clean, comfortable and altogether charming home in Surprise. From start to finish, we had no complaints at all. Beth and John were very gracious and helpful, and their home was everything we could have wanted. We can't wait to return.

Thanksgiving Stay

Surprise retreat

Delightful stay at a cozy home in Surprise

This VRBO stay was amazing! Very clean house and property with great amenities. Neighborhood was nice and very quiet, located close to lots of grocery stores and restaurants. Hosts were super friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, and were very easy to get ahold of! 5 out of 5 stars for everything, would absolutely go back.
