Likes- the room is so pretty! Wood flooring, glass shower doors, 50 inch tv, no smell of cigarettes! Dislike- again... no pool. Under maintenance. That should be updated on the sites. 3rd hotel with pool out of service. Overall- everything was nice!

We were given a double bed room when we were charged a queen bed room price. When we asked for the front desk to accommodate, they were unfriendly and couldn't make the necessary changes. They told us that the room was listed as a queen sized bed room when it was clearly a double bed. The room location was loud! The water pipes were rattling whenever someone turned on the showers.

The rooms were spacious and looked remolded. The pool and hot tub were generous and our room faced them. I did not like that the room had no microwave.
