From first communication with Wayne and Donna, to check in. It was a pleasure and the best rental property we have ever stayed at. From instructions on opening the front gate, to gaining access to the condo it was a flawless experience. The condo is spotless, the couch’s and beds are heavenly. Highend appliances, and in unit washer and dryer are amazing. Everything you need is in the kitchen. The condo is located on the 2nd floor with beautiful Mountain View’s and lots of visits all day long from various hummingbirds. The pool, hot tub and community center were 15 yards from the front door. Clean, and amazing amenities, 2 different pools, and 2 different hot tubs. The workout facility was top notch. Located in east Mesa, tons of food, and amenities are within walking distance. I cannot say enough great things about the property and the hosts. I recommend this to anyone looking for a perfect experience. The gated community is filled with great residence all friendly and always happy to chat. Fresh free citrus all spring long located at the community center. I enjoyed fresh pressed juices daily. Thank you whole heartedly to Wayne and Donna, we will be back yearly.
