Nice house, awesome backyard and pool

The 3 bedrooms worked out great for our family of 5. The kitchen was well appointed and worked great for eating several meals there. Everything was clean. But the real star of our vacation was the backyard! We had the pool heated and it was the perfect temperature. The home had inflatables, balls, goggles available. There were many beautiful places to lounge around the pool, many under shade from neighboring trees or umbrellas. The couple of things that needed attention—the mgmt company was very responsive. The only downside of the house was that the driveway is on a busy street and no garage door opener was available so we had to enter through the front door and open the garage. Overall—a LOVELY few nights in this very cute house!

Great pool and outdoor sitting/tv area. The open kitchen to living room area a plus. A lot of TV options. Things little warm out from use. Dishwasher wasn’t working and after two calls the situation wasn’t rectified.

Perfect for Four Adults

We stayed for 6 nights in February (the weather was high 70's to low 80's). The backyard is a dream. Great pool and lots of places to relax, plus a tv! Although we did not use the pool, it was warm and we would have taken a dip if we had thought to bring our swimsuits. We enjoyed taking our morning coffee and afternoon sun breaks outside on the pool deck. Ceiling fan in every room, plus two out on the patio. Kitchen is adequately stocked, including a toaster, slow cooker, and keurig coffee maker (i think there was a standard drip coffee maker too). The dining room table and chairs were comfortable and provided a great space for the remote worker in our group. Neighborhood is safe and very walkable. Shopping (including a safeway) is just down the street. Garage was a plus; made unpacking the car easier.

Beautiful house and great experience

We were impressed by the layout of the home, the cleanliness of the home and the overall feel. We appreciated the transparency in the communication prior to our stay in this home. If we make it back to Scottsdale, we will definitely consider this home again. We loved it.

Excellent Location & Value

This was a great place to stay with my elderly parents. The open spaces, wide bedroom entrance with a bed low to the ground and ADA accessible shower was perfect for their needs, and the kids really enjoyed the backyard. Plenty of room to grill and socialize back there, and it was a wonderful house to gather the family. Would rent again!

Beautiful and relaxing

Great house with lovely pool and yard. Nicely appointed rooms and lots of space to spread out. Only drawback was the shower in the bathroom was a little hard to figure out. But management was a great help.

Regulated AC & Poor Management Response

Pros: The home was as described. The outdoor pool area was nice. Even though it's on a busy road, the pool area drowned out much of the traffic noise. The location to Kierland is great. There is a single car garage which was needed since the temperature was 115 degrees. Cons: REGULATED AIRCONDITIONING. During our 6 day trip to Scottsdale, Arizona, my family and I had terrible sleep each and every night because this home didn't allow the thermostat to be adjusted below 75 degrees. We reached out via text to the property management immediately upon arrival and several times during our stay. Each time we were told that our message had been replayed to the local operations manager and we would be contacted as soon as there were any updates. This never happened. People get very used to their sleeping temperatures, and if you advertise AC, it is reasonable for the guest to assume they have control of the AC. If that is not the case, it needs to be stated in the listing. Guests are paying for a full home and it’s not up to you (management/landlord) to regulate how the guest uses it.

Awesome pool and patio.

House was incredible. When we weren't golfing, we were relaxing and enjoying the pool and patio. Definitely top of our list for future visits to Scottsdale.

Great place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay here. I traveled with my dad and two little kids, so the split floor plan was great. The condo has coffee and any kitchen tool we needed and a great patio to have coffee on outside. The communication with the owner was also top notch! Downside, if any, was it was warm in the bedroom (it was June) but plenty cool In the kitchen/ main living and dining space where the central air flow was. All in all a great place and we would stay here again.

Great stay!

Outdoor setup is amazing. Great pool with lounging ledge and umbrellas, waterfall features, sunbathing deck, grill and outdoor lounge with beverage cooler and TV. Interior was nice, pretty average amenities. Close to Kierland, not a far drive to Oldtown/Fashion Square Mall and golf everywhere.

Almost 5 stars

Our family enjoyed your home and beautiful backyard very much!! Our 3 boys spent the days playing football, bean bag toss, and swimming when we weren't out exploring AZ. We would give this vrbo 5 stars if the pool was heated. We also have a pool in MN and understand the extra costs to heat, but it was unbearable to swim for more than 5 minutes. It was freezing cold water! We will stay again and probably would make sure it was in the summer months instead of spring break season for the pool reasons. Thanks for your part in making this a wonderful trip!!

Awesome Pool!

Booked this rental for a relaxing trip with the family for some sun and fun. Location was great for what we wanted to do and see. Perfect space for our family of 4, each kid having their own room. We spent more time outside enjoying the pool and the patio. Pool toys and floaties were already inflated (although well loved) and usable. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to a possible stay in the future. I would recommend 10/10!

Wish the pool was heated

The only complaint I have is that the pool wasn’t heated. We spent more than we had planned to to rent this house because it had a pool. The pool was so cold that we couldn’t even use it. That was very disappointing.

Great place for a last minute trip

Property was exactly as advertised. We had a small issue with the toilet in the master bath, but other than that, everything was great. Location is close to everything and easy to walk to Safeway/Starbucks/etc...

This property should not be rented in its current condition.

Very disappointing stay. My 4th VRBO in the last few years in the area and this house comes no where close to the others. Poorly maintained (dirty walls, bathroom fixtures, stained carpets) and furnished (Master BR mattress sags and needs immediate replacement), linens and sheets were old and of cheap quality, basic toiletries, cleaning and paper products were minimal (we had to buy our own soap, shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels, napkins, laundry & dishwater detergent and cleaning products), cable channels are few and we had to get them to upgrade the internet service to be able to do a zoom call. On top of that the location is very poor (noisy) with the back yard, which is very nice and was the highlight of our stay, on a very busy cross town four lane street. Overall just very poor accommodations and furnishings. If they put some money into the property and perform maintenance beyond the bare minimum it could be a decent rental.

THE BEST VACATION HOME FOR ANYBODY

THE PROPERTY EXCEEDED ALL OF MY EXPECTATIONS. THE KITCHEN, BATHROOMS, SHOWER, BEDS ARE ALL OF GREAT QUALITY! THE HOUSE IS AMAZING AND THE POOL IS A BONUS! I WILL DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN AND RECOMMEND TO ANYONE LOOKING TO VACATION IN AZ.
