On 2/16, we arrived after we had purchased our groceries,placed them in the frig and noticed it wasn't cold.We made sure the temp dial was on cold. When I got in bed,I noticed the fitted sheet was horribly pilled, changed it out with a regular sheet which was also thin.There were no washcloths but one which was stained.The back sliding door handle was broken off at the bottom attachment and the door frame was loose. The next morning, I messaged "Kevin" and he noted that it was after hours, even though it was 9am current phoenix time.I heard nothing back on 2/17. We lost all our refrigerables. I messaged on 2/18 and he said he was waiting for an update after submitting a maintenance request. He wanted a receipt for the groceries which I didn't have and estimated which was about 15. He said he couldn't reimburse without a receipt. I also received an automated notice at 9am on 2/18 that the annual inspection was taking place between 9am and 5 pm that day! Couldn't I have received that notice at least 24 hours prior instead of the hour at 9am that it was to occur.!By the response, I realized I was dealing with AI.I found a number and called and reported the frig. Now it's 4 days and no frig. At this point, I worked with Marie and day 4 someone came, left his coat on our island, and no frig.The next day it was fixed,5 days in. No new sheets, no washcloths, and more things were found broken in the place.She did offer to move us but nothing available til Fri eve.Disruptive!
