Conveniently located, this 2340 square foot vacation rental property has all the comforts of home while you are enjoying the desert climate. This special home can accommodate eight guests. The house is bright, airy and spacious. This newly decorated house has 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths with granite top vanities, and a huge 16 X 34 foot free form heated pool. The spacious and beautiful kitchen with its granite counter tops and large center island with bar stools, is equipped for all your cooking needs. The spacious, secluded backyard has a very large patio and a barbecue. Our citrus trees are bound to please you. You’ll enjoy the pool lighting for nighttime swimming and our indoor/outdoor sound system for music to swim by, read by or just for your relaxing pleasure.

As you walk through our front door, you will see our large dining room, meant to accommodate eight guests and our dinette area with seating for four. Our kitchen and family room with an entertainment center is an open concept layout which gives an airy feeling. Beyond the large sliding doors is the large patio, barbecue area, pool and yard. On one side of the house is the master bedroom with a walk in closet and an en suite bathroom with its dual sinks, granite counters and huge walk in shower with safety grab bars. Also in the master bedroom suite, is a desk with Internet connection, wifi plus a 4 in 1 printer/copier/fax/scanner to keep in touch with your office. There is a large laundry room on this side of the house as well.

On the other side of the house, you will enjoy three guest bedrooms and 2 guest bathrooms with granite counters and a tub/shower combination and safety grab bars, and one with a stall shower.

We also provide two adults bicycles and helmets plus a large selection of board games for adults and children, as well as toys, DVDs and music CDs.

Single family home with a completely private patio and yard, and a huge 16 X 34 foot free form heated pool with a child safety gate, patio furniture, sitting area, pool lounge chairs, outside lighting for night swimming and an indoor/outdoor sound system for musical entertainment. There is central air conditioning and heating throughout.

All furniture, towels, bedding etc. are brand new.

Cable TV & Internet service, wifi, local phone service, computer hookup, fax machine, photocopy and scanner. Our home office is perfect for the professional businessman who still wants to stay in touch.

The master suite with 2 queen beds, night table, seating area, desk with Internet connection, wifi 4 in 1 printer/photocopier/fax/scanner, flat screen TV, Blueray DVD player, en suite bathroom with dual sinks, huge shower with safety grab bars and shower chair, and walk in closet with drawer space. We supply a dispenser for body wash, shampoo and conditioner in the shower area.

Two guest bedrooms each have 2 double beds, night table, flat screen TV, drawer space in the closet, and large closets. There is a pack n’ play crib for an infant. The third guest bedroom has 2 twin beds, night table, flat screen TV, drawer space in closet and large closets.

Each bedroom is equipped with telephone and alarm clock, flat screen TV, lamps and ceiling fan lights.

Each bathroom is equipped with dispensers for body wash, shampoo and conditioner and are equipped with safety grab bars.

Fully equipped laundry room with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board and all detergent supplies.

The family room is beautifully decorated with 2 sofas, armchair, glass top coffee table and end tables with lamps. This room also has a 50” flat screen TV, with a Blueray DVD player and an indoor/outdoor sound system. We have a library of books, CDs, DVDs and board games for your enjoyment.

The kitchen has a new refrigerator/freezer with icemaker, electric stove with oven, microwave, dishwasher and cooking utensils. The high end cabinetry is complemented by granite counter tops, double stainless steel sinks and a sink disposal system. There are 4 bar stools on the large center island. The dinette has a glass top table with seating for 4.

The house is equipped with plenty of linens, pillows, bathroom towels and pool towels for your convenience.

On site parking in the driveway can accommodate up to 2 vehicles. Please note that motor homes, campers, motorcycles and trucks are not allowed as per HOA rules. There are 2 adult bicycles and helmets for your riding pleasure.

This house is close to houses of worship, shopping and restaurants. There are many public golf courses in the area as well as many nature sights.

The house is a modified wheelchair accessible home.
