What has happened??? We use to love to stay here when we had to work in town. Now it’s really gotten run down, we were really disappointed. We won’t be staying here again.

Hotel was nice. Service was horrible! Worst two nights of sleep I’ve ever had in my life and I worked many years in the travel industry and traveled a lot. Staff was not friendly or welcoming. We had requested two rooms away from stairs and a quiet location. We were put next to stairs and on the side of hotel facing an amusement park. Someone above us sounded like they were running across the room and dropping a bowling ball. All night long!!! We called front desk first night, flippant answer, and nothing done. Next morning told room above us had been vacated. Second night the exact same sounds started as soon as we got in bed again. Front desk called, dishonest answers given about sending security up, that no one was in the room when noise was heard outside their door and towels etc outside the door. Then they said they had no security to send up… no solution, no genuine concern even. So two rooms, three nights, at a HILTON not a cheap motel, but the worst experience I’ve ever had! Don’t stay there!

Was really noisy. The cleaning lady opened the door while we were in the room. Good thing we had the lock on. She said nobody told her we were in there. But the room was clean, so I don't understand why she would have had to go in the room.

In 111° weather, it would’ve been nice to be able to use the umbrellas at the pool. Two of the three umbrellas were completely broken. The third umbrella had no peg to hold it up. We improvised and came up with our own Peg.

The property was nice. The handicapped room had a tub I had to climb in and out of when I have two hip replacements and a spine replacement but I made it. The bed was a ROCK and hurt my hips. I would not stay here again unless they put a temperpedic mattress pad on the bed.
