La Rupe del Falco is an apartment that belongs to a big country house on the green hills of north/central Italy, near the coast between Pesaro and Fano. Just 5 minutes drive, you find the village. In just 25 minutes you can reach both the city and the coast with its sandy beaches.

The name La Rupe del Falco was chosen because a family of hawks for generations has chosen to live in the woods surrounding the house. The country house is divided into 3 units. Our neighbours live in a portion of the house, we live in a small studio in the basement in order to always be there if needed and for better maintenance of the garden and pool. The holiday apartment is located in the best position and enjoys a beautiful garden and swimming pool shared only with the owners.

It offers a large living area with sofas and television, a fully equipped kitchen, two comfortable bathrooms, one downstairs (with shower) and one upstairs (with shower and jacuzzi), 4 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. There is also the possibility to add extra beds for a total capacity of max 12 people. Wifi is available both inside and outside the house.

We will be glad to suggest you the best places to visit and our favourites, like a cosy beach between Pesaro and Fano (20 mins drive), wonderful boat trips with aperitivo between Pesaro and Cattolica, clear bathing rivers (45 mins drive) and cultural wonders all around. See you soon!

Schöne ruhige Ferienwohnung

Unser Aufenthalt bei Luisa und Marcello war wunderbar. Die Kommunikation lief Trotz leichter Sprachbarrieren sehr gut und wir wurden ganz herzlich mit selbstgemachter Piadine begrüßt. Die Unterkunft hat alles was man braucht und wir haben die Ruhe vor Ort sehr genossen. Den Pool hatten wir die ganze Zeit für uns alleine. Die Anfahrt (nur der letzte Kilometer auf dem Schotterweg) zur Unterkunft ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber nach ein bis zwei Fahrten geht dies auch. Pesaro ist in etwas weniger als 30 Minuten erreichbar. Alles in allem eine wunderbare Unterkunft.

Un oasi di pace..

Siamo stati accorti da Eleonora e suo marito con un enorme sorriso, in casa ci attendeva una FAVOLOSA crostata fatta dalla proprietaria. La casa è stupenda, arredata accuratamente e molto spaziosa, la cucina è dotata anche di lavastoviglie, molto utile!! Abbiamo viaggiato in 6 adulti, 1 Bambina ed 1 cane grande e lo spazio per stare rilassati in casa e fuori non mancava. La posizione è perfetta se si cerca relax e tranquillità, ma con la possibilità di visitare luoghi bellissimi a pochi minuti di auto. La piscina è stata comodissima, molto pulita. Spero di poter tornare un giorno!!! Consigliatissima!!

Traumhaft mit winzigen Einschränkungen

Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr schön, liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und großzügig dimensioniert. Die Vermieter sind mehr als freundlich und zuvorkommend, sehr hilfsbereit und jederzeit um das Wohlbefinden der Gäste bemüht. So werden jeden Morgen die Gartenmöbel parat gestellt und der große Sonnenschirm (auf den Bildern ist vermutlich noch der kleinere Vorgängerschirm zu sehen) geöffnet. Die - wirklich kleinen - Einschränkungen sind: Etwas holprige Anfahrt auf der Schotterstraße zum Anwesen (wobei auch hier der Vermieter angesichts unseres etwas sportlicheren Fahrzeuges die größten Schlaglöcher beseitigt hat!!!), früh morgendlicher/abendlicher Traktorenlärm von den umliegenden Feldern sowie die zahlreichen Katzen der Nachbarn im Haus, die gerne auch auf dem Auto ihre Spuren hinterlassen. Wie gesagt, nur kleine Einschränkungen, mit denen wir sehr gut leben konnten. Wir können die Wohnung deshalb nur empfehlen.

Ho trascorso la mia vacanza con i miei amici d'anima in un posto da sogno con un bel paesaggio favoloso, potrei dire. I padroni di casa erano estremamente accoglienti e discreti. La casa è splendidamente paesaggistico, che ti porta leggermente in un altro periodo, torniamo indietro nel tempo. Raccomando vivamente a tutti coloro che vogliono trascorrere la loro vacanza in un'atmosfera speciale, con molta pace e lontano dal mondo scatenato. Grazie magnificamente per tutta l'ospitalità che ci avete mostrato.

Sehr erholsam und grosszügig

Unsere Kinder (8 und 12) sind hin und weg gewesen: ein Pool, Baby-Kästchen, viel Raum draußen und drinnen, großer Fernseher, schön eingerichtete Zimmer. Sehr sauber. Alles vorhanden. Wenn Kinder beschäftigt sind, sind Eltern auch glücklich. Nur die Zufahrt zum Haus ist sehr einschränkt befahrbar und hat uns bis Ende zu schaffen gemacht, deswegen nur 4 Sterne. Wir werden das Haus nächstes mal wieder buchen.

Luxuriöse Wohnung in den Hügeln

Wir haben uns in dieser gepflegten, geschmackvoll eingerichteten Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt. An heißen Tagen kann man den Pool genießen, auch den kleinen Strand am Meer. Die Lage in den Hügeln des Hinterlands ist romantisch. Die Besitzer sind außerordentlich nett und hilfsbereit.

Soggiorno fantastico!!

Siamo stati in questo appartamento dal 1 al 6 giugno, in 10 persone! Siamo stati super bene!! I padroni di casa sono molto gentili e disponibili per qualunque esigenza. Le camere sono abbastanza spaziose e confortevoli; la cucina è dotata di tutto ciò che occorre. Il salone, ampio, è dotato di due divani, tavoli, tv e netflix. È presente il wifi. Appartamento super consigliato sia a gruppi di amici sia a famiglie.
