Check-in was very strange and complicated. Despite my requests for info before I arrived, it was sent to me only after the normal 3 pm check-in time, after I requested it once again.The location is promoted as Perth’s ‘Premie’ (sp?) King Deluxe - really? - but it’s actually on the first floor of the Vine and Olive Hotel, and you have to walk a block and a half to the back corner of a local variety store to get the key from the lockbox, dragging your luggage. Really, really annoying. Not the three-minute walk claimed by the “King Deluxe”.No remote control for the air conditioner which sure makes a lot of noise, but gives very little cool air.Don’t put anything you want frozen in the freezer: it’ll turn to mush.No cleaning products were provided, and very miserly pantry: salt and pepper, plus a bit of olive oil were left. But there were a few small packages of powdered laundry soap left by the kitchen sink. What? Take a pass - you can find better. I left the place very neat and tidy, and they just refunded by deposit. I suppose that’s a positive…
