The check in was, I guess. I asked for rooms that would close to our friends and at first, he said no problem. But then all of sudden he said that we would all have to be a separate floor unless we wanted to wait 3-4 hours for a clean room we had 3 rooms total. Then the next morning I did not know that you needed a coupon to get the breakfast I told i had already paid for it she told me "do you know how many times I heard it that" Well I think for the cost of the which is way to high for the quality of the rooms and staff. That at least breakfast should be free!!! pretty low quality all around. Would not recommend staying there

We made reservations through Expedia a month ahead and was charged at that time for the room. However when we arrived the hotel said they didn't have a reservation for us. They said it was our problem and we had to call Expedia. I showed them the confirmed itinery with confirmation on my phone but the hotel would not accept it. Horrible experience! The hotel said we could pay $212 for a room! We drove back home 5 hours instead. Will never stay there or with Hilton again!
