The room renovations to functional purposes are obvious and much appreciated (bathroom, appliances). Still more work to be done in the common areas and some room aesthetics. Room was smaller than avg for single bed. There was some person that hung around the property entrance like a monitor or bouncer during the day but doubtful. The area is in a good location. Quiet and peaceful.

Paid a total of $320 for a room worth maybe $32 ! Front desk lady was rude. Bathroom door had a broken hinge, and couldn’t be closed without making a loud noise, waking everyone up. Not enough towels for everyone. No Working WIFI. A/C was loud, and intermittent. This is nothing but a low class, rent by the hour, “No tell motel “. Complete rip-off! If this is indicative of the type of hotels, that Travelocity endorses, I will take my future business to a travel site with higher standards!

Second time I've been here, employee was the same person, no sense of urgency. Physically slow to move, and slow to comprehend, mumbles. The room smelled, not sure of what but not pleasant that's for sure. Bug walking on ceiling the whole time.

The staff was super friendly & professional. I would have loved to see bath mats or pull up support bar for the tub, as I fell in the bathtub & bruised my Rt rib cage, thankful no broken ribs. Overall the stay was pleasant right off interstate w/variety of restaurants in vacinty. I will gladly stay here again. 5 Stars👌

Good price nice rooms. Had an issue with sink stopper not opening and shower handle coming off. Notified manager and issue was fixed. Was charged $50 cash refundable deposit upon check in which was no problem but very unusual these days when paying with credit/debit card. I used a cart to take my luggage upstairs and the front desk clerk called the room after my children and I were asleep and told me I needed to bring it back down. Why wouldn't she just come get it? She also forgot to return my ID and when found it instead of bringing it to me or calling my room just left it behind the counter with a note on it with my room #. The hotel has breakfast but the room is super tiny with only 3 tables and it was so crowded every time i tried to get in there I just didn't get to eat breakfast.
