We loved our tiny house...it was just perfect for what we were looking for. Plenty of room without that hotel feel. It was close to what we wanted to eat and the neighborhood was quiet. Great Anniversary getaway...The host communicated very well which put my booking nerves at ease.

The property is fairly nice inside & it was clean. There is a large gap under the front door & I was concerned about bugs & rodents getting in, but didn’t see any while staying there. The neighborhood was also fair. Several houses around us were being renovated or were very run down. The street is very dark at night which made us feel a little unsafe. More outdoor lighting at the property may have improved that feeling. My husband did move the couch in front of the door every night for safety.The location is pretty close to all the things we wanted to do downtown & near the Wahoo’s stadium. The property had a good amount of toiletries like toliet paper, etc so that was nice to not have to buy those things. All the appliances were very nice.

Cutest Little House

The owner was accessible if needed. The house was very close to the event we attended. Only suggestion, a icemaker or ice trays. We will return and hopefully the rental is available when we do.
