Your beach getaway starts at this brilliant 3-bedroom, two bathroom raised beach ranch. Inside, you'll find a king, queen, and bunk bed for a pleasant night's sleep. Enjoy the tranquil living room with a cozy sofa bed. Your stay will be comfortable and convenient with heating, AC, and WiFi. Two bathrooms with showers and hair dryers ensure a stress-free morning routine. Our place will help you feel at home while traveling around Pensacola Beach. There is a large capacity washer and dryer. This home is one city block to a Sound Side beach, Baby Beach, with no waves and rip current. Safe for children. The Gulf is two city blocks to the south. There are two adult bicycles, five beach chairs, a large cooler on wheels, and two kayaks. The kayaks are one person kayaks. Life jackets provided on request. Use at your own discretion. Owner not responsible.  There is parking under the house that will keep your car out of the sun.

Tim was very welcoming and responsive to messages. I was hesitant staying because we were not beachfront but the walk/bike ride to the beach was perfect! Very clean and I appreciated that.

I’ll start off by saying Tim was the best host we’ve ever had, gave us dinner ideas and even told us the best tables to get. He answered every question I had and was quick to respond. The house was great, all the rooms were extremely clean, plenty of towels and bathroom essentials. The kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast lunch and dinner. My son loved the included bikes and I even took the kayaks out to the bay. The house was the perfect distance from the bay and the public beach. Will definitely rent this place again.

This property was perfect for our short trip. Tim is the best VRBO host we have ever had. The entire home was clean, spacious and comfortable. The location is great as it close to everything but not to close to hear all the traffic. We will definitely be back!

We truly had a wonderful week and Tim was very accommodating for our last minute booking. Lots of space for our family. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. Baths were great with nice extras! Also loved having the beach gear to use instead of having to bring ours. House was nice and cool after long days in the hot sun! Thank you!

This place was nice!!! Great location!

First off, Tim, the host, was awesome and very helpful. Everything was clean. The furniture and AC were great and very comfortable. The bathrooms were up to date. We loved the walk in shower. The upper and lower decks were a great place to hang out after running around Pensacola. Will definitely book again!!! In a great location for food shopping and a very quiet neighborhood!!

We had a fantastic stay from June 21–28! The home was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our group of 3 adults and 2 kids. Everything was exactly as listed — even better in person.The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, and even sent us personalized tips on the best nearby restaurants and things to do, which we really appreciated. It made the trip even more enjoyable.Location was great, check-in was easy, and the house had everything we needed for a relaxing and fun week. Would absolutely recommend this place.
