With 2 bedrooms featuring a queen bed and a full bed, both equipped with linens, guests will feel right at home. Open concept living room, dining room, and kitchen all share the same amazing views and sunlight coming from large picture windows overlooking the lake, and easy access to the deck, gas grill, picnic table, Adirondack chairs and fire pit for outdoor enjoyment, and the brand new dock for evening paddles and morning dips. Additional areas surround the cabin for relaxing by the water and playing on the shore. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, linens, and a hair dryer for added convenience. The cabin is not winterized but a heater ensures a cozy stay even as the leaves turn their brilliant colors in fall. The gorgeous surroundings will leave guests in awe. This rental, nestled in one of the most beautiful areas of Maine, was an absolute delight. I booked this cabin several months before our stay, even before all of the wonderful renovations were completed. The location and its close proximity to the lake are the biggest draws, but the thoughtful improvements the owners made perfectly preserve the authentic charm and "Maine camp" feel.Communication with the owners was excellent from start to finish. They were easy to reach, and they also had a local resource person available should we need anything during our stay.I booked this cabin for four weeks this year, and it was such a wonderful experience that I've already reserved it for six weeks next year. There is so much to love about this rental—I can't recommend it highly enough.
