We visited Nusa Penida to celebrate our anniversary and our stay at Seven Dreams was just lovely. From the moment we arrived, we were respectfully greeted with warm smiles, hospitality and a refreshing welcome drink. The peaceful, tropical ambiance instantly made us feel relaxed and at home. The hotel is nestled right on the beach, with beautiful views of the ocean, Mount Agung and spectacular sunrise every morning. Our villa was tastefully designed with Balinese touch. It was also clean, comfortable & spacious with a private terrace where we could lounge and watch the sunrise. The canopy bed kept the bed warmer and screened it from sight which made it so comfortable and inviting. We also enjoyed the on-site restaurant, Ayka, which served delicious drinks and meals with a mix of local and international dishes prepared by chef Mawa and his team. Juli & Novia were among those who attended us daily and they were always kind and helpful. We also appreciated the daily sweet treat delivered to our villa every evening. The staff at Seven Dreams made our stay a true Pranama experience - humbled, respectful and welcoming! Suksma to all of them, including Ayu, Radha, Juli, Novia, Anni and Dinda, the Office Manager. We recommend Seven Dreams if you want a peaceful getaway.

We went on a round trip (Bali, Gili Islands, Nusa Penida). Compared to other hotels, this one was clearly overpriced with poor service and untrained staff. The price-performance ratio is terrible for the supposed hotel class. Service/Dinner: Staff appear disoriented; no one knows what to do. You wait ages for your food, which then arrives cold. It’s overpriced and not up to standard. Tables are inconsistently set, some with dirty cloths. Sparkling water is served in unsealed bottles – unacceptable. Staff shuffle around in sneakers, serve once, then disappear. The bill is only brought after repeated requests. Rooms: New, but with construction issues (e.g. loose shower fittings). Glasses and cups were dirty upon arrival. Used slippers in the closet – absolutely unhygienic. Booked Tour: A very poor experience: we were placed in an old car with no seatbelts or safety standards. The driver ignored our concerns and admitted to being tired – we felt extremely unsafe. In other hotels, we had modern and safe vehicles. Transfer: Transfer to/from the harbor worked smoothly, though the cars were dirty – but at least had seatbelts. Breakfast & Grounds: Breakfast was very good – wide selection and good quality. The grounds are nicely designed.

Paradise on Earth

What a wondeful place to be! Arriving at Seven Dreams - A Pranama Experience was like arriving at Paradise. The staff is simply amazing. During our entire stay they did their absolute best to make us feel comfortable and at home. When our son got sick everyone was very attentive and displayed genuine care and concern. The service could not be better. The rooms are lovely and very clean and comfortable. The gardens are very pretty and the swimming pool is big. The beach right outside the hotel offers great possibilities for snorkeling, we very much enjoyed doing this and we saw sea turtles and amazing fish each time. The food and beverages are delicious and sometimes the hotel organizes very fun and entertaining dinner events. We came back home with a lot of warm and happy memories from this place. The only thing that bothered us was that the staff started playing music at the restaurant really early. Also, there were limited sunbeds by the pool and some guests placed private items on them only to return several hours later. This made it impossible for other guests to use them. In our opinion the hotel should introduce a rule to prevent this from happening.

Unfortunately, the hotel itself needs improvement.

The location of Seven Dreams Hotel is absolutely stunning, the views are breathtaking, and the setting has so much potential. However, the overall experience of the resort fell short of expectations. Going on vacation and staying at a resort should be about the full experience, not just a beautiful villa and great surroundings, but also excellent service, food, and atmosphere. Unfortunately, the hotel itself needs significant improvement. The staff clearly need more training in service, and the restaurant really requires a new chef who can match the high prices with equally high quality. While the food was presented OK, the taste was consistently lacking, everything we tried was very average and, sadly, quite bland. For a resort that doesn’t have nearby dining options, this made our stay feel limited and disappointing, especially considering the cost. That said, a big shoutout to Alid, who truly did his best to make our stay more pleasant. Despite the resort being understaffed, he went above and beyond to help, and his efforts didn’t go unnoticed. This place has great potential, but it needs work to become the full dream experience it promises!

El hotel está recién inaugurado. Algunas partes del mismo se encuentran sin terminar aún, pero es un hotel maravilloso. El recibimiento y la amabilidad de los empleados fueron impecables. Alrededor no hay nada. La playa tenía muchos cristales rotos. Las cenas estupendas.
