Roger’s Country House between Sarlat and Rocamadour
This former Quercy farmhouse, fully renovated and independent, is set in a quiet environment with green spaces. Enjoy a private shaded courtyard under lime trees, a fenced garden and park, and covered parking.
Relax on secluded terraces—some covered, some open—offering beautiful open views of the valley, meadows, and woods. Barbecue, garden furniture, and loungers are provided for your comfort.
The house features 4 bedrooms: three with double beds (140 cm), one with a 160 cm double bed and a sofa bed. A baby bed is available on request.
The private pool (6.5 x 3.5 m, 1.2 m deep) is fully enclosed with a gate and has an outdoor shower for your safety and convenience.
There are two bathrooms with showers and two separate toilets. The large, fully equipped kitchen can host up to 15 guests, with induction hob, electric oven, stove, and refrigerator.
The living room includes a flat-screen TV, closed fireplace, leather sofa, and armchairs. English pool table and darts are available free of charge.
Many walking and hiking trails start directly from the house. A cycle path on a former railway is 10 km away, perfect for families, with a 20 km route between Sarlat, Gourdon, and Souillac. Horse riding center nearby.
All shops are 3 km away. In Gourdon (7 km) you’ll find a supermarket, train station, hospital, swimming pool, and bathing lake. The Dordogne River for swimming is about 10 minutes away.
Located between Sarlat (25 km), Rocamadour (20 km), and Saint-Cirq-Lapopie, you can also visit remarkable sites like the Padirac chasm.
