Relax in the modern accommodations provided by the two-bedroom villas of Pawleys Plantation. These sterling properties offer two private bedrooms two full bathrooms, and one-half bathroom. Deluxe amenities like flat-screen TVs and fireplaces in living areas are standard, as are conveniences like complimentary WiFi, screened-in porches, and full kitchens. These villas are located in a gated community near the Pawleys Plantation course, as well as the pool area and conference center.

Guest Access: Guests will have access to the entire condo. All resort guests have access to the Play Pool Plaza and the Indoor Pool Play Pool Plaza is the main resort pool located at Summerhouse Suites. Prior to arrival please feel free to message us in the messaging tool with any questions. After checking in we ask that you contact the front desk for anything you may need, when checking in they will provide you with a 24/7 support number. Other Things to Note: Must be 21 years of age to rent. NO PETS or SMOKING IS ALLOWED. Rental comes with linens, towels and a setup pack of paper towels and toiletries. Unit is individually owned and managed by Litchfield Vacation Rentals; we ask our guests to treat it as they would their own home.

Pawleys Plantation Resort is located about 7 miles south of the Litchfield Beach & Golf check-in office. Once checked in, expect about a 15 – 20 minute drive (depending on lights and traffic) to your Pawleys Plantation accommodations.
