Vorneweg: Im Preis-Leistungs-VerhĂ€ltnis unschlagbar! Hatten mit neun Personen ausreichend Platz und Ausstattung fĂŒr einen einwöchigen Aufenthalt. NatĂŒrlich muss man zu dem Preis Abstriche machen: Das Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, am Nachmittag steht die Sonne auf den wenig isolierten Fenstern, da halten auch die geschlossenen FensterlĂ€den die Hitze kaum draußen. Auf der Straße direkt vor dem Haus ist relativ Verkehr, der bei offenem Fenster auch laut ist. Einen Parkplatz am Haus gibt es nicht und die Einheimischen beĂ€ugen sehr kritisch, wo geparkt wird. Es gibt aber genug Möglichkeiten in kurzer Laufdistanz. Wer ohne Klimaanlage und Wifi auskommt und mit der Familie in der Hochsaison auf den Preis achtet, ist hier dennoch sehr gut aufgehoben. Allerdings muss man auch bereit sein, relativ weite Wege mit dem Auto zurĂŒck zu legen: Der Hausstrand Caspiu war schwer vermĂŒllt und hat uns nicht gefallen. Die Calanches in Piana, die Spilonca-Schlucht und das Fango-Gebiet sind die Fahrten aber absolut wert - fantastische Natur an der wilden WestkĂŒste!

TrÚs bel emplacement. A 5 minutes d'une belle plage et au milieu de beaucoup de choses à voir et à faire. La maison est trÚs agréable à vivre et l'extérieur est trÚs joli. La maison offre toutes les commodités. Nous avons passé presque tout notre temps dans l'espace extérieur qui a dû charme.

Maison de vacances spacieuse et bien Ă©quipĂ©e pour un sĂ©jour agrĂ©able. MĂ©nage impeccable Ă  l'arrivĂ©e, literie rĂ©cente et confortable. Seul point faible sur l'Ă©quipement intĂ©rieur: l'Ă©lectricitĂ© un peu datĂ©e (prises, interrupteurs) mais l'ensemble reste fonctionnel.Vue imprenable depuis la cuisine, les chambres, la terrasse. La terrasse est joliment fleurie et bien Ă©quipĂ©e pour dĂ©jeuner ou diner.La maison est bien situĂ©e pour se baigner Ă  la plage de Caspiu (compter quand mĂȘme 30 min Ă  pied), ou, en prenant la voiture, dĂ©couvrir les calanques de Piana ou aller se baigner dans les riviĂšres avoisinantes. Sans prendre la voiture, il y a Ă©galement des dĂ©parts de randonnĂ©es Ă  pied depuis la plage de Caspiu ou le haut du village.

A great week on the west coast

The house is authentic and kept in good shape. Everything required was there, the communication was perfect. The terrace is great for playing games in the evening, unfortunately the street runs right next to the house, which can be a bit noisy during the day. But you're actually out and about there anyway. Very friendly donkeys visited us almost every day.We really enjoyed our stay.

Lovely stay with panoramic views

The house was perfect for a stay for 2 families. The beach is a 5 minute drive to Caspiu plage, where you can also drink flavourful Corsican beer, eat beautiful freshly made sorbets and have a fine dinner with view over the bay. The house has a nice terrace to sit and enjoy food and view. The owner welcomes you with homemade marmalade and a perfect white wine and Corsican cookies. The beds are great. Cooking equipment is perfect.

Alles was man braucht

Von Bastia fÀhrt man ca. 3 Std. mit dem Auto in das sehr idyllische Berg-Dörfchen Partinello. 10 Minuten braucht man hinunter bis zum nÀchsten Stand in einer sehr schönen Bucht. Das Haus besitzt alles, was man zur Selbstversorgung braucht (LÀdchen zwei HÀuser weiter, BÀcker fÀhrt jeden Tag direkt vors Haus, nÀchster Carrefour/Spar ca. 20 Minuten). Wir (vier Erwachsene, zwei Kinder) haben die Zeit hier sehr genossen.

Wonderfull area

The house has a very nice position with a super view of Mountains and see. Quite place. Easy to reach the nearest beach by car and by walking (about 40 minutes). The supermarket is located in Porto at 15 minutes by car. Very close ti the house there is a little but usefull shop + bar + pizzeria.
