Relaxing family gathering
Garage door closing issue on arrival (was repaired timely). Patio door lock issue, at one point we couldn't use the door to get in the patio and grill. No central HVAC so areas like bathrooms remain very cold. Master bath shower drain is either very clogged or too small to handle the flow so the shower floor fills with water. Master bath has a "floating" toilet with a piece of wood block on the floor to give it support. It was very precarious. Lastly, the master bed. It's basically on the floor. It it's just too weird for a master suite. Makes for interesting trips back to bed in the middle of the night. If you have knee issues beware. Block out shades in the master bedroom would be appreciated, current shades let in a bit too much light for sleeping.
All this being said, the home was clean, well appointed and has beautiful views. Any issues we had were addressed in a very timely fashion.
