¡Renovación completa a estrenar en Lower Deer Valley Resort! 100 pies a pie del Resort

¡La remodelación acaba de terminar y está lista para la temporada de esquí 2014-2015! Ubicados en el Edificio A en Powder Run, somos el edificio de armarios para el acceso a Deer Valley, ubicado justo al lado del funicular y 150 desde el condominio hasta el esquí.

Hermoso condominio de 1500 pies cuadrados con 2 terrazas con vista a Deer Valley Resort. Ambas habitaciones son grandes suites principales. Hemos eliminado las viejas bañeras de hidromasaje que estaban en el medio de las dos habitaciones, y en su lugar rediseñamos el baño principal para incluir una ducha y un spa privado como la bañera de hidromasaje para relajarse en el interior y en la privacidad del baño después Un buen día en las pistas.

 2nd Master tiene una cama queen y un juego adicional de literas completas para niños.

Ambas habitaciones, junto con la sala familiar, tienen televisores de pantalla plana para que todos tengan sus áreas de descanso.

Acabo de comprar una propiedad en abril de 2013 e hice una remodelación COMPLETA en el otoño de 2013. Es como una casa modelo NUEVA. Nueva cocina, electrodomésticos, pisos, pintura, muebles, baños, ¡todo funciona! ¡Incluso el nuevo Jacuzzi Spa en una de las 2 cubiertas que tenemos con vista a las montañas Deer Valley!

El condominio incluye WiFi y cable, ropa de cama, ropa de cama, totalmente amueblado para unas excelentes vacaciones familiares o grupales.

¡Estamos ubicados en el Edificio 'A', el más cercano ya solo 50 yardas del resort! ¡Estamos más cerca que el estacionamiento en el resort!
También contamos con estacionamiento seguro bajo tierra y local de esquí personal para su uso.

El servicio gratuito de autobuses de Park City a otros resorts, Park City y The Canyons, funciona cada 30 minutos, y también a Park City para el entretenimiento nocturno.

Fantastic Deer Valley / Park City location

The condo is VERY convenient to Deer Valley...roughly a 3 min walk to the slopes. Inside parking was great, easy to access and helpful with snow falling! The condo itself was very well stocked with everything we needed for our stay (great set of dishes, utensils, and cooking tools), the hot tub was hot when we arrived and was fantastic to use after hard days of skiing. We never used the fireplace, but there was plenty of wood if we wanted to. The "style" of the condo was very modern, furniture was comfortable to sit around on as a family for movies at night. We really appreciated the games, and cards left for entertainment too. Convenient location for Park City "downtown" for restaurants and shopping. the check in instructions were very clear and accurate. Steve was a wonderful host and very responsive to questions. We would definitely stay here again in future visits.

Great stay right at the base of the mountain

This is an extremely convenient location. Quick walk to chairlift. There is a place to store your skis for free adjacent to the lift, so we didn’t have to carry them every day. The condo was great. We enjoyed having a wood-burning fireplace and a private hot tub right on the deck. Fun funicular ride up to the St Regis is right next door. Steve was super accommodating!

Clean Comfortable Stay Very Close to the Base of Deer Valley

Nice stay. Clean, comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, very close to base of Deer Valley. Easy walk especially if you leave your skis and boots with ski valets. We had a couple issues (one major) and Steve was very very responsive and everything was taken care of.

Great spacious condo in an excellent location

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this condo for our ski trip. You can walk to the mountain in just a few minutes and Deer Valley offers complimentary ski storage so we never had to lug our skis back and forth. The St Regis is right next door too so you can pop over there easily for a little apres ski. The unit itself is very spacious, more than enough room for our family of 4. Very clean and comfortable and everything we needed to cook. And our host was super responsive. I highly recommend it!

Great Location

Great location in Deer Valley. We stayed here for 5 weeks during the summer. All the listing details were accurate. Loved the balconies for morning coffee and evening cocktails. Indoor parking was great, especially in Park City where parking is scarce.

Nice condo in Deer Valley

Good size, well appointed condo close to some of Deer Valley ski lifts. The outside patios of the condo were not cleaned during our stay. The inside was clean. Instructions for the condo and communication with the owner were good. We were a bit disappointed by Deer Valley as there is no shop or store. Everything happens in Park City which is not walking distance but is easily accessible by free buses. The ski area is nice and does not allow snowboarders (a plus for us) but lift tickets are expensive ($249 for one day) as well as private ski instructors ($1470 for a day).

Beautiful redone apartment

Great location. Nice clean and spacious condo. Hot tub was great and worked perfectly. Worked in tandum with a grocery company so that my order for groceries was there when we checked in. Owner/operator was SUPER responsive Only drawbacks were - Can't use ship sticks or accept any deliveries They don't supply soap and shampoo (a little weird for such a beautiful property)

Ski trip

Perfect place to stay if you want a property close to deer valley with the easiest access to the lifts. Couldn’t have asked for a better place and Steve was prompt with his communication. Everything was seamless and will definitely be staying here again next year.

Best location for skiing and perfect for families

We had a great stay at this property. We love the location - close to Snow Park Lodge and the St. Regis - making getting to and from the slopes every day really easy and near restaurants that we could walk to. We had everything we needed and enjoyed the hot tub each day after skiing.

Perfect slope-side Condo

Our family of four had an outstanding ski vacation at this powder run condo. It was close enough to the slopes so that we were able to sneak away each day for a quick lunch in our condo. The new renovations were outstanding, and there was plenty of room for a family of 4 and Grandma. We will definitely be back.

Perfect holiday!!

Steve was a wonderful host and the condo was actually better than pictured. The location is ideal. You can’t get closer the the lifts and so convenient to restaurants and shops. We had a wonderful time and would love to return next season. Thank you Steve!!

Clean, conveniently located property

We ski in DV every year and this was our first stay in Steve’s rental. He was super responsive and accommodating. The rental is very clean, the kitchen has all the necessary cooking equipment and more, and the hot tub was spacious. It’s conveniently located to the lifts and the views are stunning. The bathrooms have heaters and wood was provided for the fireplace in the living room. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying in this rental again next year. I highly recommend this rental if you want convenience to the lifts, nice accommodations, and are particular about cleanliness.

Best location in Deer Valley

We had an amazing week in Deer Valley and thoroughly enjoyed Steve’s Powder Run condo. We stayed at this condo eight years ago and selected it again for our return trip to Deer Valley. During our recent stay, it snowed non-stop and this condo was ideal for easily getting to the lifts…we just walked next door! Skiers who were off-site had difficulty with transportation due to road congestion and heavy snow on several days while we were there. Other things we love…the condo is well-provisioned with new appliances, a beautiful wood burning fire place, covered patio with grill and hot tub. We like to cook most of our meals at home and this condo has everything you need to do that. We enjoyed grilling out - steaks and hamburgers. We also enjoyed cooking meals on the gas range and even cooked chili in the crock pot. Anything we needed was there. A hot tub is a requirement for us and this condo has a great hot tub that is sheltered which was a plus with the constant snow fall and wind…we enjoyed Apres Ski every afternoon! Overall, this is a great place and we feel very much at home there. Steve is an awesome host and great communicator. He was in touch multiple times before and during our stay. Love this condo!
