Super quick replies from hosting company! Small place which is really too small for bigger people - ought to be mentioned in the particulars! No towels present but this was quickly remedied after leaving a message with the company. Second bedroom only accessible via a small steep ladder - ok for us but probably not for most. Tiny bathroom through which the second bedroom is accessible. No real window in the second bedroom. Great showers though with super hot water and good pressure! No washing up liquid but good number of plates and cooking utensils. No extra rubbish bags. Only a 3 seater sofa and a not so comfortable chair to relax after spending a day out. Small kitchen with narrow isle so only 1 person able to pass at a time

This was a very interesting apartment. My family of four inc. two teens 19 and 16. The galley kitchen was tight, but fine for us. Small fridge, cups,plates,pans,pots provided. There was a small bathroom which was a thruway to the "next room" which had a loft and queen (or double) mattress. The mattress was good. That next room had a desk and a tinier shower and a toilet with a sink directly on top of the toilet tank. My 19 year old claimed that space and he didn't mind the bathroom situation. My other son, claimed the sofa bed which was comfy he said. Once that bed was open, it made the living room space very tight. There is a very narrow staircase leading to the bedroom upstairs, which had a very low ceiling, almost making it feel like a "bed in a loft" situation. The bathroom in that room was nice and small, shower was good with jets, but no door to that bathroom! There was a dark gray colored curtain that acted as the door. The heating units worked fine. wifi was great. It was clean apt. Very convenient location to the metro line 8&9 grand boulevard station. Lots of restaurants nearby. We liked having a grocery store (mono p) at the corner. My husband went daily to get fresh bread in the morning, and we would make eggs and sandwiches before we headed out for the day. We felt safe in the neighborhood. If you are tall (over 5 feet 9 inches) or larger person, I would feel very tight in this apartment. we would rate 7/10.

Good response time from the host. We did have a few plumbing issues, which were resolved fairly timely. The beds were comfy. It was in a great location to get to a lot of places in Paris. Need to let people know that the second loft bedroom and bath area is accessed through the first floor bathroom. The door to that area is quite hard to operate and we weren't sure we should force it, but it worked out.

Great location!We were disappointed on the size of the apartment- expected it to be bigger. My husband is 6 foot 2 and it was very hard for him to move around comfortably. The second bedroom is way too low and is dangerous to access. I would recommend for 2 people but not for more. The showers are very small..

Apartment was misrepresented in VRBO.It’s a studio with a loft NOT a 2 bedroom apartment. Only 2 bathrooms, not 3 as listed. No privacy whatsoever.It was dangerous, no bannister or railing for stair case, uneven steps of different heights. Floor to living room with sleep sofa had steps to dining area. It’s an accident waiting to happen. We were unable to stay in such an unsafe environment.Shocked VRBO accepted this dangerous misrepresentation of the apartment.

Honestly, you can't beat the location! You'll be right in central Paris with access to grocery stores, and several metro stations which will take you anywhere in Paris. The unit won't be for everyone (in particular for those with mobility issues), but it was a great place for a family with a preteen that wanted their own space, while still having room for the rest of our family.

Great Location!!

This property is so unique. We stayed for 8 days as a family (husband, wife, son, daughter) so we used both beds and the pullout. The beds were really comfortable, even the pullout. This property had some great 's like its location. We used google maps to find highly rated restaurants which were all within walking distance. We also felt very safe. The building is quiet.There is not any air conditioning but it had good ventilation with the windows and the 2 fans (*see below) available on site. One bedroom is one on side of the condo, with its own bathroom. Then kitchen and living room (with pullout) in the middle and a loft bedroom (with ladder) on the other side of the condo. Yes, it has 3 bathrooms. They are tiny (one is a walk thru to get to the loft bedroom) but you do have 3 bathrooms which can come in handy, especially as a family.The only thing i would recommend to the owner is to have less bar stools and maybe a few comfy chairs to sit in. We found that when we were using the pull out, we didn't have a really comfortable place to sit with a glass of wine at the end of the day.This was my first VRBO experience and I really enjoyed it.
