The staff were friendly and nice but it’s a shame about the condition our hotel room was in. The floor had a lot of marks on, the shower was very mouldy and very blocked. The sink was also blocked as soon as you turned the tap on. The bathroom smelt of sweat and cigarettes. We got woken up at 9am but hammering and drilling sounds in the next room. Overall, the room felt very dirty. Even the wallpaper had stains on them.

Air conditioning please

The staff were helpful and very friendly. Too hot no air conditioning the room is a bit small for three persons. Very busy street and noise outside are till midnight. If air conditioning fit in will come back because of the helpful staff and very friendly staff.

Good location near metro, lots of construction noisy, no aircon, theres a fan but too noisy, very small elavator can hardly fit inside we only have two carry on and two people ..bed is old and lumpy, so are the pillows, shower is ok.. clean, nothing fancy on this hotel.. good for one night sleep..

This property is run down and its physical condition is in a state of disrepair. Our room has moldy smell, dirty carpet and leaking shower. It needs paint. Hallway is dark and staff who is English speaking only is available in the night. I left after one day. I am seeking a refund for the two days that we paid. O am deeply concerned about the mold and the health risk involved. They moved me to another room with the sane issue.
