The staff was very welcoming, kind, respectful and helpful. Our room was very nice. The decor for bathroom was so cute( towels & toilet paper design.) Breakfast was good and I truly enjoyed the coffee.

The front desk clerk, a young man, was talking about smoking mju*@a and where we could smoke it when he checked me in. When I came back down to get dinner 30 minutes later, his eyes were extremely red and glassy, and he couldn't formulate words clearly. .And when I returned 2 hours later, the cops had arrested him, he was in the car screaming "let me out!" and trying to knock out the window. They called in a temp desk clerk. AND, he put me next to a few construction workers' rooms, and each time I walked down the hall or got out of the elevator, they came out of their rooms and just stared at me. I felt unsafe and very poorly managed.

Brand new property yet shoddy workmanship on the finishes. Clues were in the corners and ceilings that meet the walls, and chintzy materials in the bathrooms (cheap tile, paint choice, no hooks for robes, etc). Other than that, great staff, good location!
