The host was incredibly kind, always made sure I was stocked on the basics. I had to be in the area for work and there aren't a lot of hotel options in the area, so I feel like I lucked out with this one. The room was very clean, wifi worked great, and was very comfortable. there was a water kettle in room; AC/Heat; very clean bathroom; beautiful skylights and very comfortable bed. The area seemed very safe and quiet. The house itself is a nice stroll away from a gorgeous park area on the seine, on top of that I was surprised that there was a bakery very close open until 830 pm and a small grocery store/deli/bodega open late as well. Aside from that, since it is a family-oriented neighborhood there is a nice proper grocery store, pharmacies, cafe etc all within a short walk. I didn't use the metro [which was also very close] but it was only a 20minute cab ride to the marais or 3rd, and 30 to the 5th/6th for context. I suspect it would be a gorgeous bike ride as well.

Pour entrer, il faut sonner pour être reçu par un personnel qui se présente en chausson et qui parle mal le français
