Nestled under the Parisian rooftops, this charming apartment captivates with its exposed beams and abundant natural light. The atmosphere is warm and authentic, typical of central Paris apartments.

⚠️ Please note: the ceiling is sloping and relatively low in places, which may be less comfortable for people over 1.80 m (5'11").

The studio is located on the 3rd floor (no elevator).

The living area includes a comfortable double bed, ideal for relaxing after a day exploring the capital. Linens and towels are provided so you can travel light.

The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your own meals: morning coffee or home-cooked dinner, everything is at your disposal. The bathroom has a functional and pleasant shower.

Thanks to its exceptional location in the Les Halles district, you are in the heart of Paris: shops, restaurants, lively cafes, and the Forum des Halles are just steps away. Public transport (metro and RER) is easily accessible in minutes, making it easy to get around the city.

The apartment also features high-speed fiber optic Wi-Fi and a television for your comfort.

Here, you'll find yourself at the crossroads of culture, shopping, and Parisian life. Boutiques, cafés, restaurants, markets, and local shops are all just steps away.

On foot, you can easily reach:

the Centre Pompidou and its Museum of Modern Art,

the Forum des Halles,

the Louvre,

the Marais district,

the banks of the Seine,

Notre-Dame Cathedral.

The area is also perfectly served by public transport (metro and RER Châtelet–Les Halles station), allowing you to easily reach all of Paris's major attractions.

The apartment boasts an exceptional transport link. Just a few minutes' walk away is the Châtelet – Les Halles station, one of Europe's major transport hubs. From here, you have access to metro lines 1, 4, 7, 11, and 14, as well as RER lines A, B, and D, providing direct connections to major Parisian landmarks, train stations (Gare de Lyon, Gare du Nord, Montparnasse, etc.), and airports (Charles de Gaulle and Orly). Numerous bus lines also complement the transport options. An ideal location for easily exploring Paris without a car.

Please do not smoke in the accommodation.
The apartment is located under the roof and has low ceilings, so it's not ideal for people over 1.80 m tall.
Arrival is autonomous and keys are to be collected from a tobacconist's near the accommodation (7-minute walk / between 3pm and 10pm maximum).

Early check-in & late check-out :
For any check-in before 4:00 PM or check-out after 10:00 AM, an extra fee of €10 per hour will be charged, subject to availability.
