As a fellow property owner of high-end rentals in Deer Valley, Utah, I understand the importance of guest experience and the impact of online reviews. I am reaching out to you directly to provide an opportunity to address several significant failures during our stay.My wife and I traveled to Paris to celebrate a milestone wedding anniversary. We chose your property based on its high ratings; however, the reality of the experience was far below the standard advertised.Critical Issues Encountered:Arrival & Access Failure: It took over one hour to gain entry to the unit. The instructions provided were incomplete and failed to mention the specific "key" contact required for the second security gate. We were only able to enter after a resident assisted us. Furthermore, the fourth code for the lockbox was difficult to execute due to poor lighting and unmarked doors.Customer Service Hurdles: When calling the helpline for access assistance, the service was unprofessional and the agent was difficult to hear over a crying baby in the background.Inaccurate WiFi Information: We spent 30 minutes attempting to connect to the network using the provided written instructions. We were later told by your representative, Gabriel, that the written instructions were "obsolete and wrong."Maintenance Issues: The kitchen trash can lid was broken and non-functional (see attached photos of the shower and kitchen)While the location of the property is excellent, the lack of basics
