Appartement très mignon et d’une propreté impeccable à deux minutes à pied du métro « château rouge ». Vue incroyable sur le Sacré cœur. Armelle a été d’une extrême gentillesse en facilitant notre arrivée tardive et notre départ aux aurores. Nous recommandons vivement !

Die Wohnung ist sehr kompakt und für vier (ausgewachsene) Personen fast schon etwas klein. Alles was man für den Alltag braucht, war vorhanden (sogar Regenschirme). Leider war das Geschirr und Besteck nicht sauber. Ansonsten war alles in Ordnung. Im Quartier sind diverse und vielfältige Einkaufs- und Dinermöglichkeiten gegeben. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war einwandfrei.

Sehr zentrale 2-Zimmer-Wohnung in lebendigem Viertel. Metro-Station 3 Minuten entfernt. Gare de l‘Est nur 3 Metro-Stationen entfernt. Sehr sympathische Vermieterin. Unkomplizierter Check in und Check out. Empfehlenswert!

Armelle e’ stata molto disponibile e gentile. La casa è un piccolo gioiello in stile parigino molto curato nei dettagli e arredato con gusto. Dotato di tutto l’indispensabile. Quartiere vivace a pochi km dal centro. Metro e servizi di prima necessità (panificio, farmacia, ecc) letteralmente sotto casa.

We absolutely loved our stay in this cute and super clean apartment. Beautiful view over Sacre Coer and since we are coming from NewYork we loved the multi culty neighborhood. The Apartment is across a bakery and super close to restaurants and bars and the Metro station.

Everything was okey. The apartment is 8-10 minutes walk from sacrecour and Montmartre with its great. And the apartment is fine. From the kitchen window you can see sacrecour. The only negative is that the stairway area has a bad smell from the shops and the nearest blocks has not the same “montmartre atmosphere” as you have 5 min walk west from the block.

Arrivées en début pm, nous avions reçu toutes les informations nécessaires en avance, donc tout s est bien déroulé. L appartement est situé au 3ième étage. Il est ensoleillé et propre. Le canapé-lit est confortable. L espace toilette est plutôt restreint, mais vivable. Si vous aimez vous impregniez de l ambiance d un quartier, c est parfait. Situé près d un métro. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans cet appart. Merci!

Ein Apartment mit Bellevue

Vielen Dank für den Aufenthalt in der geschmackvoll eingerichteten kleinen, feinen Wohnung. Die nahe Metro brachte uns schnell ins Zentrum und zum Gare de l'Est, gleich vor der Tür gab es frische Backwaren und eine bunte Ladenvielfalt mit exotischem Flair, und doch war es nachts ruhig. Toll war der Blick aus dem Fenster hinauf zu Sacré Coeur, besonders auch bei Nacht. Die Unterstützung unserer Gastgeberin war sehr gut, per WhatsApp konnten wir schnell und flexibel Absprachen treffen Vielen Dank - gerne kommen wir wieder!

Great stay

Stayed in the apartment with my family (2 adult / 3 kids). Enough space for us but we spent most of the time out exploring the city. Fresh bread and vegetables are literally just outside the building. I recommend!

spannende Lage

Die Lage ist sehr gut verkehrsmäßig angebunden, jedoch haben wir viele Stadtteile von Paris noch angenehmer erlebt. Der Stadtteil lebt auf seine besondere Weise. Die Wohnung hat Charme, die Ausstattung könnte opulenter sein, die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war hervorragend.

Très agréable sejour

Appartement très agréable, proche du métro. Ce n'est pas le plus beau quartier mais le prix est raisonnable et nous avons pu profiter de Paris. Mention spéciale pour la belle vue sur le Sacré Cœur !

Family trip to Paris

For a family of 5 it was a tight squeeze. We were under the impression from the listing that the bedroom had bunk beds and a sofa bed plus the sofa bed in the living room. Unfortunately in the bedroom there was only a bunk bed. There was a problem with the toilet seat and for about 24 we had no seat. The kids were afraid of falling in. Our host did her best to replace it as quickly as she could. It was quite warm inside and hard to cool down although we had all the windows open and fans on. Be advised the neighborhood is working class and residents loiter on the streets all evening socializing. It can be loud and a bit intimidating for some. Host is wonderful and very responsive.

Kleines, stilvolles Appartement in lebhaftem Viertel

Das Appartement liegt in einem ärmeren Viertel, so dass man die Kinder nicht alleine zum Croissant holen schicken würde, aber es selbst ist gut gesichert, sehr hübsch, liegt U-Bahn-nah und es ist sehr sauber. Es ist natürlich etwas beengt zu 5., aber es ging dennoch gut und wir konnten uns auch nachmittags vom Trubel draußen erholen. Wenn man mit dem Viertel kein Problem hat, ist es definitiv zu empfehlen.

A comfy retreat

We stayed as a family of 4 (2 teen daughters) and found this to be a comfortable landing pad for a 4-day stint in the area. We had all that we needed in this simple apartment, with a lovely curated collection of photos and furniture. It is modest and clean, and we would definitely come again. The area is diverse and lively (there was a small street parade the first night, around 11pm?) and I noticed many different types of people occupying the neighbourhood comfortably together. It was not noisy between midnight and about 9am. Armelle was excellent to communicate with and she facilitated a few changes we wished to make with ease. Overall, a very very good experience for these Canadians!

Lovely flat. Good base for getting around

The communication was great. Lots of help with anything we asked about. Nice flat. Spacious enough for 2 adults and 3 children for our 4 night stay. Would recommend.
