The beautiful Buttes-Chaumont park is only a 5-minute walk, 15 min from the City of Sciences and Industry, the Zenith and the Philharmonic. If you are looking for a truly local experience in a nice, safe and lively neighbourhood with quick and easy access (metro line 7 & 11) to all popular sites then this is YOUR place!

The house of 80 sq. m features nice garden where you can enjoy your coffee or a nice glass of wine before discovering the city of Paris. Fully equipped kitchen opens to spacious bright living room with fireplace and a direct access to the garden. Both of the bedrooms on the first floor are with en-suite bathrooms to maximise your comfort during your stay.
