Disliked: Cleanliness

Nettes Appartment, Sauberkeit mangelhaft

Zu viert für eine Woche Roland Garros dort gewesen, was zu Fuß in ca. 20 Minuten gut erreichbar ist. Positiv: genug Platz auch für 4 Personen, Bettenqualiät gut, in guter Lage zu vielen Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Negativ: Ausstattung/Mobiliar insgesamt etwas abgewohnt und nicht wirklich sauber (v.a. Küche und Küchenutensilien und die Fußböden). Alles schon etwas wackelig (Stühle schief, Beistelltisch wackelt, Toilettenbrille rutscht). Lampe über der Küchenzeile kaputt, keine Leselampen im Schlafzimmer, Fenster in der Küche schließt nicht (nicht unwichtig bei einer Parterre Wohnung), zum Glück stabile Storen außen an der Wohnung, man konnte so alles sichern. Diese an sich praktische und im Orginal hübsch eingerichtete Wohnung verdient eine bessere Wartung/Instandhaltung! Im momentanen Zustand viel zu teuer vermietet und daher nur sehr eingeschränkt zu empfehlen.
