We had to clean the room when we arrived. There was hair on the floor, the floors were sticky and smelt like pee. We were only there for 2 nights, but any longer we wouldn’t have put up with that. Location is far from center city but close to metro.

The area around hotel is perfect. Places to eat and cafes! Easy access to the train. Very safe. Showers were very tiny. Rooms small. Very small elevator fits maybe 2. But all in all great location and clean rooms. Room service daily was great!

Good location and very easy to move around. The room is very cute. The elevator is small and unique. Nice and very helpful staff. We have small issue with our room but they fixed it quickly.
