Authentic and very pleasant Parisian quarter: shops, restaurants & bars are very close (Belleville street, Simon Bolívar avenue, Jourdain Village ...). Belleville's nightlife is 10 minutes away on foot. Paris' center (Chatelet, City Hall) is 15 minutes away with the underground (line 11).
