Casa de Campo totalmente renovada na zona de Paredes de Coura em localidade muito tranquila.
A casa foi totalmente reconstruida em 2023 apresentadno tdos os amenities necessários para uma estadia confortável numa casa moderna mas que se teve o cuidado por manter os traços tradicionais.
A casa apresenta 3 suites cada uma com wc completo.
O quarto de casal está ao nivel da entrada sala e cozinha, os outros dois quartos (um duple e outro com um beliche) estão no andar inferior.
Há wifi gratuito com boa rede e smart tv assim como churrasqueira portátil!

A propriedade está toda murada/vedada e tem:
- piscina com zona de crianças;
- zona de baloiços (incluindo um slide para crianças)
- zona de estacionamento de carros


A propriedade tem ainda uma casinha T1 que tem acesso à piscina e baloiços sendo possivel alugar a mesma em conjunto dando esta casinha para até 3 pessoas - caso haja interesse nesta 2a casinha pfv perguntar

A localidade onde estamos encontra-se a apenas 5min da saida da A3 tendo excelentes acessos.
Tem também a uma curta distancia vários restaurantes, farmacia, supermercado etc...

Temos à nossa volta várias atiividades destacando-se a praia fluvial do Taboão (10min), cavalos, trilhos pedestres etc...
