Fig tree bay villa 4 is located in the heart of Protaras Resort just 5 minutes walk from the main strip, 1 minute walk from Lidl Supermarket, 7 Minutes walk to Sunrise Beach and less than 10 minutes walk to Fig Tree Bay.

It was recently renovated downstairs with new floor tiles.

The furniture are new, and modern. Outside there is a big 8x4 overflow swimming pool and lots of sitting space.

8 People can sleep comfortably - 6 in beds and 2 on the amazing sofa bed.

As you enter the living room you will notice the open plan arrangement. The kitchen is on the right and it is very well equipped for cooking a meal, or making breakfast for everyone. There is a big table next to the kitchen for 8 people to sit and enjoy their dinner.

In the living room there is a large sofa which turns into a comfortable double bed. There are chairs and tables and a flat screen TV with many UK and Russian channels.

Next to the living room there is a double bedroom with en-suite shower and next to that o guest W.C.

Moving up the stairs you will notice another 2 bedrooms on the first floor. These 2 bedrooms both share a big family bathroom. The first bedroom is twin with 2 single beds and the second bedroom is double.
Both bedrooms have access to the veranda in which there is a table and chairs where you can enjoy your breakfast.
