Par Sands Studio is a separate self-contained detached studio located in the grounds of the owner’s main home. The master bedroom benefits from a double bed with an en-suite shower room. The living/dining area and well-equipped kitchen is all open plan with patio doors leading out to a private decked area with patio furniture for guests to enjoy. The owners are also happy for guests to use the garden of their home which has a lovely fishpond and waterfall for guests to enjoy. The studio is very well situated in the heart of Par village and is a 5-minute stroll to Par Sands Beach. Also located in the village is a selection of great pubs and eateries and local shops where you can get your essentials. The property also benefits from private allocated parking outside the property. Beach 1 mile. Shop 300 yards, pub and restaurant 50 yards.
