Perfect location

Perfect location to stay when exploring Bryce Canyon. Our family appreciated the cleanliness and comfortable beds. It’s well located, near the local grocery store and only 30 minutes away from the NP entrance. Much cozier and bigger than staying at a closer motel.

Perfect place to stay to explore Bryce

We stayed here to explore Bryce for a few days. If you don't want to stay in the Park or right outside of it, this is the perfect place. It's very clean and comfortable. And loved the decor!! The only issue we had was a shortage of pots and pans. We like to cook some of our own meals so that we are not eating out every meal. But we made it work. We would definitely return to this place if we were ever in the area again!!

Great hiking vacation

Very large space , that could fit many people comfortably. Very new and up to date . We enjoy relaxing after a beautiful day hiking in Bryce Canyon national park. This space is highly recommend.

Lovely VRBO, peaceful, quiet

We stayed two nights and it was great! We didn't cook in the unit, opting instead to try the local fare. We found a restaurant that I'm dying to go to again soon! It's called Backroads Bistro. It's incredible.

Bryce Canyon

We very much enjoyed our stay in Panguitch, about a 20 minute drive from Bryce Canyon. The home was well-equipped and very comfortable for our travels in Utah. Very relaxing environment, the owner was easy to communicate with and responsive. I would recommend for anyone looking for something outside of Bryce City but still close enough to see the sunrise and sunsets in the Canyon.

ATV Trip 2024

Property is relatively new construction and therefore, is in excellent condition. It is located just outside of town. Full time renters on the main level were really nice to visit with and any noise from their level was minimal. There is a spacious paved parking pad and patio at the rear for the guest renters of the lower level. The main door for guest entry is located at this parking pad. This made access easy and clean. My group had three vehicles; one of which towed a trailer. There was plenty of room on the back side of the property to accommodate my truck and trailer without being in the way of others. The other two vehicles parked on the parking pad. The view to the west was excellent. I went out every morning on the patio and enjoyed viewing the mountains to the west. Coincidentally, Panquitch Balloon Festival occurred on a day during our time here and we had a front row seat to view the balloons prepping and lifting off. Kitchen, dining, and living room areas were spacious and we used the kitchen to prepare our own meals, as opposed to eating out every night. I did have communications with the property owner, Sonni, during our time and she was very warm and easy to work with. My group really enjoyed our stay here. I highly recommend this property.

Great stay near Bryce Canyon

This is a great place to stay! Super quiet and clean. The main area is kitchen, living room, dining room and 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths all on the same level. One BR has an en suite bathroom. Also a big laundry room. There's lots of outdoor space and kids could run around. They do have horses (don't pet/feed- super reasonable request) but they are scenic to look at and our kids enjoyed just seeing them. Conveniently located, about 25 minutes to Bryce Canyon entrance, 15-20 minutes to Red Canyon and about 1 hour to Grand Staircase Escalante monument (super cool). Close enough that we would drive back to the VRBO, let our kids nap and then head back out again for more adventures. I would definitely stay here again. Very clean (and I'm a very clean person, this place was spotless) and comfortable. We had a wonderful time!

Great Except Basement Rental and Soft Mattress

The rental is very nicely apportioned - games, styrofoam coolers and ice packs, spices, etc. But it is NOT a VRBO where you have the whole place to yourself. This is a basement rental and there is a young family living upstairs. There was a family party until 10:30 or 11:00 one night and someone walking around in shoes at 5:00am Saturday morning. The mattress was way too soft for me. The rental was clean and very nice overall except for the mattress and noise.

Very clean, quiet & charming place

We enjoyed our stay at this recently built ranch on the lower level very much. It is within 30 minutes drive to Bryce Canyon and quite close to Red Canyon (Dixie National Forest). Restaurants and grocery store in Panguitch are a few minutes down the road.

Convenient and clean

Very clean property with a great territorial view of the valley. It’s located about 1.5 miles from town (with grocery stores, restaurants, liquor store and coffee shops). It is 30 minutes from Bryce and an hour from Zion. Long term renters (who live above) are friendly and quiet. Our only suggestion is to get a BBQ as outdoor patio begs for one.

Excellent Experience!

Everything went smoothly from booking through checkout. Tony and Sonni sent excellent instructions via texts and emails and also had all the information available inside the apartment. They responded quickly to the few requests we had. The apartment is very nicely decorated, quiet and comfortable. We would love to stay there again.

Perfect place to land

After exploring the beauty of southern Utah each day, we were so thrilled to come back to such a beautiful, clean and comfortable space to rest and relax. The open living area is perfect for all being together with ample space on the huge couch for the whole family. Great kitchen with large island perfect for hanging out and making dinner together. Each bedroom is lovely with very comfortable beds. Decor throughout is updated and well done. Stunning view of the valley and mountains seen beyond the beautiful horses on the property. Overall, a wonderful home that our family would be happy to return to when back in southern Utah. Highly recommend!

Amazing House

This house was the perfect place for our family while we visited Bryce Canyon. The owners were super helpful and responsive. The house itself looked exactly like the photos in the listing. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!

Charming and peaceful

The residence was beautifully decorated, clean, large, and cozy. The owners were very accommodating. Close to nearby town center. Amenities were great, especially all of the TV apps. We would definitely stay there again.

Great spot for visiting Bryce Canyon

Property is better than advertised. Tasteful and very comfortable furnishings, very clean and comfortable suite. Bedroom, living room, bathroom and kitchen were all really comfortable and well kept, and there were lots of very thoughtful touches (board games, well stocked kitchen, etc.). Owners are on site, living above the unit, but not intrusive at all -- we could hear a few footsteps from time to time but no different than in many hotels or apartments. The place is perfectly situated for visiting Bryce Canyon, and would probably be a good spot to stay for visits to both Bryce and Zion. Really glad we stayed here as part of our trip through southern Utah.

Good place to stay

Very clean comfy place to stay. You are staying downstairs, and owners are upstairs. No TV channels available, but you can sign in to Smart TV subscriptions. Occasionally heard running upstairs in the evening, but not after 10PM. Would recommend.

ATV Weekend

This is a great property to use as a base camp for your ATV adventures. Lots of ATV trails around Panguitch and this property has great access to them. Plenty of room to park trucks, trailers, and ATVs. The rental is a new build so expect it to be clean and completely functional with all the amenities you would expect. We found the beds were exceptionally comfortable with quality linen. The owner resides upstairs in this two story home. Access to this rental is on the ground floor right next to where you park your car. Having the owner upstairs is a nonissue and had no affect on our stay. We really enjoyed our stay and we are sure you will too

Great proximity to Bryce/Red Canyon

Wonderfully equipped, beautifully and tastefully decorated with comfortable beds and lots of floor space for a family. The setting is quiet and within a half hours drive to Bryce and even shorter drive to hiking in beautiful Red Canyon. The picture online is owners part of the house with the renter’s unit being on the lower level as an in-law type suite with separate entrance and patio etc around the back of the pictured home. I would definitely rent this one again if in the area as it has all the comforts of home.

Lovely Home near Bryce National Park, UT

We enjoyed staying at this home as it was very close to Bryce National Park (less than 30 minutes). The House is in natural farm setting and the Owner lives right on property. This was nice and clean, decor of the house, bedroom & living room furniture was excellent. Kitchen was perfect to make breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The location of the house is very scenic, and we enjoyed our evening sitting outdoor. We recommend as best place to stay while visiting Bryce and would stay again if we are in the area.
