Family Vacation 2024

We had the best time! This is the second time staying at this condo. We loved it so much the first time we couldn’t wait to come back. So clean, great location, and the owners are so accommodating. We highly recommend this condo. And, there is no better beach than Cape San Blas! We will be back again soon!

Lovley Property - Conveniently

This property was well stocked, with everything a group might need, and the owner was quick to respond when we notified them of some minor storm damage. I would definitely recommend this rental property for a relaxing vacation that is within easy walking distance to both the beach and the pool!!

Delightful condo

Condo was nicely updated and comfy; all the comforts of home. Nice bay window views of pond, Close access to the pool and relatively easy access to the beach. Enjoy the provision of the beach chairs and cart, however, the cart wheels were a little rusty which made pulling it a small challenge. Some WD-40 probably would help that issue. The screened in porch was great and the covered area with the grill on the lower level became a great gathering spot! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Piece of paradise

So thankful for this beautiful pet-friendly townhome. Everything you could ask for and more. Very well stocked and screened in deck which is perfect for morning coffee and any meals. We fall in love with CSB more every year, and this property definitely seals the deal.

First Time at Cape San Blas

Lots of condos in this gated community, so some walking to pools and beach is required, but it is well maintained. We had no problems with water pressure. This end unit is very nice. The end units have a bay window and this one had a view of one of the ponds, it felt very private. It is 3 floors, so may be difficult for some, Master is on top floor. I would stay in this unit again if available. You should bring everything you need, because Cape San Blas has no stores, only a bait shop, and closest grocery is 20 miles away in Port St Joe. But actually we liked the remoteness of it, but you just have to be prepared. We spent a lot of time at the State Park at the end of the island, the bay on one side of the road and the Gulf on the other.

Cape Starfish Earns 5 Stars

This was our second year to visit the Cape! Last year the stairs almost caused us to not come back this year. My wife and I are both senior adults and we both have hip and knee issues. However, we decided that we wanted our Goldendoodles to be able to vacation with us and be able to go on the beach, so we sacrificed! While the stairs were a chore for us, I would like to say that having the carpet on the steps in this years unit was a plus! We didn’t feel as uncomfortable going up and down, as we did last year. I would like to thank the owners for sharing your beautiful home away from home with us. Also, another bonus was a direct path out onto the beach without stairs or steps! Thank you for sharing that with us!! We found everything to be just as advertised and my wife and I try really hard to leave the places we stay just as we found them. We did list a couple of suggestions on the paper when we left. We will consider this unit for our next trip to the beach. Thanks again! The Jones’ Tuscaloosa, Alabama

Perfect for our family of 4

This was a great property at CSB. Short walk to the beach and one of the two pools was on the same street as this unit. Unit was decorated well, clean, and extremely comfortable for our family of four. We also found the community to be quiet, peaceful and well taken care of. I loved walking over to the pond next to unit to watch the turtles every morning.

Great end unit with a screened in porch to enjoy some relaxing time outside. Functional layout for our family of 4 with 2 kids and a dog staying at the property. Very easy to get in and out of the property, great selection of beach accessories, outdoor shower to rinse after and the walk to the beach is just a minute or two away. Description and pictures are accurate, master bedroom is located upstairs. The size of the bedroom is great. Very large master. We enjoyed the property, will do our best to stay here again when we can!

Very nice stay

Our condo was nicely updated and decorated in tasteful beach decor. It was an end unit with a screened porch with nice outside patio furniture. We were supplied nice new beach chairs and a new cart for our minute walk to the beach. We did take our own umbrella. The 30ez property mangers were great. They welcomed us via email and were very prompt with real answers for any questions we had. The water pressure is awesome and so is the air conditioning. Some of the units were obviously not as nice as this one, but this one did not disappoint!

Thanks for another great stay!

This was my third trip to Cape Starfish, and I'll be back again next year! The unit always looks good and has everything you need (enjoyed the new/additional chairs, btw!), and the screened porch is a definite plus. It's a great community, everyone is friendly, and the dogs love it, too!

Will 100% stay again

From reserving, to check in, to enjoying every moment of our stay, and the sad part of checking out, I can't stress enough how perfect this townhouse is. ALL of the details are covered...a basket of supplies for dogs, a pancake griddle, cleaning supplies, comfy beds, extra linens, beautiful/updated decor, absolutely everything. Ready to reserve for next year! i wish I could give it more than 5 stars!

Great place!!!

The only reason that you wouldn’t want to rent this property is if you can’t climb steps. We found it to be almost perfect, with the exception of no gulf view, but very close proximity. But it meet all other criteria.

Perfect Getaway

The family had a great time at Cape Starfish. The decor and tidiness of the condo is warm and inviting setting you immediately into a relaxed vacation vibe. Small touches like books, board games and cooking items for convenience make you feel at home. The location on the peninsula between the gulf beach and the bay right next to the state park is perfect for getting out in nature with the family. Just a short walk to the beach or either of the two pools. Close to natural Florida while convenient and great relaxing get away.

Cape Starfish was perfect.

Our family has visited CSB for several years and return to Barrier Dunes every time. Cape Starfish was the perfect condo for our time this year. Super clean and only a few steps from the beach. Highly recommend!

Little piece of paradise!!!

We enjoyed getting away from it all! The water was so calm, clear, and shallow. Tons of fish, crabs, and shells. Our favorites were snorkeling with Aquabear, doing a bonfire with Smores on the beach, and doughnuts from Weber's ...we learned getting there by 6-6:30 was essential to getting your pick of the best flavors. The house had everything we needed for coffee, doing a shrimp boil, and much more. The beds were comfy and there was plenty of room for our party of six. We made good use of the outdoor shower, beach buggy, and beach chairs. The pools were small and not shaded so they were pretty warm, but still enjoyable and the beach was the star of the show anyways, so who needed a pool. We felt right at home and would recommend.

Great Getaway

This is the second year my friends and I have stayed at Cape Starfish, and once again we had a delightful vacation: the condo had everything we needed, and was close to the beach, which the dogs loved!
