Venga y disfrute de unas relajantes vacaciones en nuestro hermoso condominio frente al golfo ubicado en el complejo de condominios Calypso Towers con vista a las arenas blancas de Panama City Beach, Florida, y las aguas verde esmeralda del Golfo de México. Descrito como 'las playas más hermosas del mundo' por el Travel Channel, con 27 millas de playas, dos parques estatales y millas de senderos para caminar y andar en bicicleta, no hace falta decir que hay mucho para ver y hacer en la playa de la ciudad de Panamá.

Calypso es un complejo de lujo de estilo caribeño ubicado en el extremo oeste de la playa, adyacente a PIER PARK, y cerca de Gulfworld, Frank Brown Park y Ebro Greyhound Racing. PIER PARK es el principal centro de entretenimiento, restaurantes y tiendas de Panama City Beach. Disfrute de la playa, a pie de Pier Park para hacer compras y cenar. ¡Pesca en el nuevo muelle de la ciudad de Panamá!

Su alquiler incluye 2 sillas de playa y una sombrilla reservadas para el uso de los huéspedes en nuestro condominio (temporada de marzo a octubre). Y esta es una unidad de tercer piso con acceso directo a WALKOVER: ¡NO SE NECESITA UN ELEVADOR PARA LLEGAR A SU HABITACIÓN DESDE EL WALKOVER desde el estacionamiento!

Nuestra unidad cuenta con techos de nueve pies. Tiene capacidad para cinco y cincuenta y seis personas. Tiene un dormitorio con una cama king size, construido en un área de la cama litera con dos literas dobles, un sofá cama doble, dos baños completos, una cocina totalmente equipada con barra americana, zona de comedor junto a la cocina, lavadora y secadora, y un balcón frente del Golfo con vistas a la piscina y las aguas verde esmeralda del Golfo de México.

Calypso cuenta con dos piscinas de forma libre frente al océano de 175 pies, climatizadas en temporada, rodeadas de exuberantes jardines tropicales. Desde el balcón o la terraza de la piscina se puede disfrutar de una vista panorámica del Golfo de México, los delfines, el muelle de pesca, y extraordinarias puestas de sol. Calypso tiene 512 pies de frente de playa de azúcar blanco.

PISCINA TIKI BAR! (estacional)

Calypso tiene un paseo elevado con aire acondicionado hasta una terraza de estacionamiento cubierta. Nuestra unidad está ubicada en el tercer piso, que es el mismo nivel que el paseo, por lo que ni siquiera necesita tomar el ascensor después de cruzar.

El gimnasio está situado en el segundo piso.

Nuestra unidad tiene una cocina totalmente equipada con encimeras de granito. Está equipado con todo lo necesario para preparar su comida favorita incluyendo estufa superficie lisa, horno, microondas, nevera / congelador con máquina de hielo, lavavajillas, licuadora, tostadora, cristalería, cubiertos, y un montón de ollas, sartenes y utensilios de cocina. Disfrute de su comida con vistas al Golfo de México.

Otras características de nuestro condominio Calypso incluyen: GRATIS inalámbrica a Internet gratis; ventiladores de techo en dormitorio y salón. Las toallas y sábanas se proporcionan también, pero traer sus toallas de playa.

Notas Especiales de Pago:
Se alquila sólo para adultos mayores de 25 años de edad o más, que ocuparán el apartamento durante el período de alquiler.

Estado, condado y ciudad impuestos no están incluidos en las tarifas.

Seguridad / daños depósito de $ 300 es requerido para reservar la unidad. Arrendatario (s) será responsable de todos los daños a la unidad excluyendo el desgaste normal. El depósito de seguridad, menos los gastos por daños y perjuicios, serán devueltos dentro de 10 a 14 días de su fecha de salida.

Would love to give 5 stars, but…..

Stayed over Spring Break with our boys. Calypso is in a primo location. Just a short walk to Pier Park, the pier and many other shops and restaurants. Condo balcony is situated over one of the pools and offers wonderful views of the gulf. Being on the 3rd floor is a plus since the crosswalk and parking garage are on this floor. ( however we were rarely able to park on the third level of the parking garage because there was never any available spots. This might not be a problem for those visiting PCB during less busy time.) Check in and check out went smoothly. The condo had everything we needed as far as kitchen equipment etc. Unfortunately, this place was not clean. The floors were gross. Our feet were black within minutes of walking in there. The whole place needs a good deep cleaning.

Just okay

Location was great. Entering the condo did not smell fresh & clean. Floors were still very sandy. It probably states in the description but we were disappointed to learn our bedroom was on the street side and not beach front like other Calypso condos we stayed before throughout the last 8 years. No bath mat (we borrowed the one from the 2nd bath) 3 hangers were provided, we had to go buy our own hangers. Bath towels were minimal and were not thick. Bed sheets were not crisp and fresh, instead they were pilling. The condo itself really needs to be cleaned, and deep cleaned, baseboards were very dirty, light fixture had a thick layer of dust. A fresh coat of paint throughout and update light fixtures (bright lighting not yellow) and furniture to current year decor. It is very dated. Bedroom tv is the same size as one of my work monitors. Overall I give the place a 2 star rating. I will take some blame, and will do better at reading descriptions upon our next trip to Calypso.

Overall stay was good. Needs a few minor repairs. Kitchen faucet will spray out the base when you move from one sink to the other with the water on. Need a door stop behind middle bathroom door before it knocks a hole in sheetrock. Wife was not a fan of the TV system. Everything else was great. Thank you

Beach was great, location was close to anything you could need, walking distance to pier park, pools were nice and clean. Condo was easily accessible from the parking garage, there was a few cleanliness issues in the condo but overall a great place.

Amazing vacation

Everything about our stay was great. The condo was perfect. If your wanting the short version thats it. If you are considering renting and want to know more read on. We have been coming to pcb for 17 years and this was one of the most comfortable condos we’ve rented. We rented the unit through vrbo back in february. We like staying the 4th of july week because the fireworks are always awesome in pcb. This was the first year we stayed on the west end of pcb. I am glad we did. We walked to pier park for dinner 3 separate nights. Watched the fireworks from our balcony. Even walked to pier park for ice cream. The condo was very comfortable and clean. There are always things you can find wrong if you are looking for them. But nothing i found was bad enough to lower my rating. We had every dish and utensil we needed for the week. The beds we’re comfortable and the living room furniture was also. The 3rd floor was SO convenient especially when checking in and out. The elevators were prompt and we never really waited on them.( we only used them to get to the beach ) The beach service was nice. The pools were clean and the water was warm. Also the ocean was the best we have ever had. We never had a need to call Larry but he was available if we had needed to. We will be looking to book this unit again for certain. If you are looking for a great unit in a great location you should too. Thank you for a great vacation larry and cathy.

Great location and views!

This condo was perfect for our vacay! It was stocked with everything we needed and was the perfect location! Being on the 3rd floor was great! The owner was very responsive and quick to get back to us when we reached out! The only thing we missed during our stay was a bath mat for the floor when getting out of the shower. We ended up using a towel instead so it wasn’t a big deal! This condo was great and we would definitely recommend it to others!

Convenient location

Location was perfect loved being on the 3rd floor close to garage, pier park and beach, check in and out was easy. Condo could use a good deep cleaning to furniture and walls. We used the beach chairs 2 days and one day were kicked out of them after we checked in with an attendant and were told to sit there. Seemed to be an issue with the chair rental business, during our stay we saw multiple people were kicked from their chairs. No fault of owner though, overall we enjoyed our stay :) can’t wait to visit pcb again.

Nice view/needs overall cleaning

Checking in was ok, scanning wouldn’t work sometimes but there was an attendant to assist however that did delay others behind you. The actual condo had dusty vents and fans/baseboards and the furniture was worn. The chair in the living area was dirty, I really didn’t want to sit in it without it being covered. The view was fantastic and the location was great. It is close to the elevators and walkway so that is a plus.

We enjoyed our stay at this unit. The convenience to the parking deck and being lower to the ground was what drew us to this unit. My only complaint is cleanliness. The big windows were dirty and the furniture had sand all over them as if they hadn’t been touched. Not the owners fault. But overall I highly recommend this unit.
