First stayed here 4 years ago when we were fortunate to get a late cancellation - we love Rosemary Beach with its quiet streets, access to 4 pools and amazing beach access - this is our 4th visit overall.This apartment on 4th floor gives nice views of Barrett Sq from its 3 balconies and is central to all the great dining, stores and the Farmers Market held every Sunday. Had a very relaxing vacation again this time (although double the cost for the same dates!) but did notice that the apartment is starting to look tired - same furniture as 4 years ago and whole place could do with a thorough deep clean, especially floors and rugs! Furniture on all 3 balconies needs to be replaced as it is very old and never been maintained. Kitchen and laundry are both well fitted out with top end appliances (although bulb in oven is still not working 4 years later!) and the shower in the Master bath is amazing! A/C is very noisy, especially at night as it's located right behind master bedroom, and unfortunately the elevator was out of operation for last 2 days so had to use 4 flights of stairs to gain access - fortunately we both regularly exercise! Had the opportunity to look at a similar apartment in same building which had been recently renovated - looked amazing and was also lower rental cost! Despite the negatives, we had a great vacation but would suggest that this apartment requires some work.......even if only to clean it properly!
