Overall, stay was a B, at best…facilities were nice, only one pool was heated (it was almost warm, closer to cool as a temp) and the hot tub (which was FULL NONSTOP)… neighbor smoked on his balcony which kept us from being able to keep our doors open at all for fear of a few… there are NO upper door locks on balcony doors so our 3 year old could open and shut the doors, plus the lock on one door was VERY HARD TO LOCK, on the lock situation, I have never stayed anywhere where there is no deadbolt to keep people out of your room, there is only a slide hook on the top of the inner door… internet was terrible, at NO point could we have all 3 TV’s using it at the same time… found one “insect”, just one time in the kitchen…. Too many nickel and dime fees for what I had already paid for the room imo… fee for a high chair (15) and pack n play, 30 for late checkout fee, parking fee 35..snack bar is advertised everywhere but closeds for the entire duration of our stay. Proximity to beach was great, balcony, for adults was also amazing, we enjoyed theFacilities overall, room was nice… I’m sure it’s a whole other place in summer…
